Atbashian: Ohio State U Terror Attack is the Story of Immigration, Truth Revolt, Oleg Atbashian, November 29, 2016

ohio_state_attacker_cop

A rant by an America-loving immigrant.

Ohio State University jihadist, Abdul Razak Ali Artan, was not just a Muslim immigrant from Somalia. He had the coveted refugee status, which means the US government provided him with food, shelter, and education grants. What made him so mad at Americans that he went on an indiscriminate killing rampage? Was it something he heard from ISIS – or was it the school-approved “social justice” rhetoric about how much he suffered in this country as a Muslim? It could be both, not necessarily in that order.

The University police officer who shot and killed him, Alan Horujko, is another young man from an immigrant family. His ancestors hailed from Ukraine or any of the bordering areas in Poland, Belarus, Slovakia, or another Eastern European country. They’d be shocked to hear that someday the U.S. government would feed and house immigrants – especially the types of immigrants that have a proven record of going on murderous rampages and indiscriminately killing and maiming Americans simply for being Americans.

Based on these two examples, which type of immigration is beneficial to America and which one is harmful?

The answer is obvious, but here’s the kicker: current immigration laws, as written by the late Senator Ted Kennedy, make it next to impossible for any European to obtain a green card (it took me 20 years to get mine). Instead, the law focuses on “multiculturalism” and “diversity,” which means the preference is given to immigrants from the Third World countries who are least likely to assimilate. By now the entire world is aware of the benefits that come with the “refugee status”; for many it is the equivalent of winning a life lottery: guaranteed food stamps, subsidized housing, free healthcare, grants, and other perks on the taxpayer’s dime.

If today’s laws were in existence at the time when the Horujkos came to America, there would be no Alan Horujko around to stop the jihadist because his ancestors would be turned away. America itself would also be different, looking more like a Third World country in its ways, culture, and system of government. Terror attacks would be the norm and human life would have as little value as it has in Somalia.

Knowing this, any sensible American would demand an urgent overhaul of these insane immigration laws. Unfortunately, proponents of the existing system have been able to condition American conservatives to see red at the very mention of “immigration reform” because it sounds like a “liberal” idea. By and large, traditional conservatives seem to have convinced themselves that all that’s needed is simply to “enforce the existing laws,” oppose “illegal immigration,” proudly support “legal immigration,” and forget about any reforms. By doing that they effectively support a continuation of multiculturalism that precludes assimilation and renders the proverbial “melting pot” obsolete.

Indeed, any reform conducted by a leftist government is likely to make things worse. But the leftist hold on the U.S. government will be over as early as January. Once the Trump administration takes office, we should demand a completely new set of immigration laws based on a cardinally different philosophy.

This is not an argument to filter people by race or ethnicity, but rather by their individual readiness to assimilate into the American culture by accepting American values and American way of life.

It’s not racist to want your children to be safe when they walk the streets, ride the trains, or, in this case, go to school after a Thanksgiving break. We need an immigration system that would let more Horujkos in and keep Abdul Razak Ali Artans out.

On another note, three weeks ago I was arrested for hanging these anti-terror posters on George Mason University campus. Given today’s terrorist attack on Ohio State campus, these posters turned out to be prophetic (PBUH).

Will the George Mason authorities apologize to me now and drop the charges? I have three more hashtags for them:

#IToldYouSo
#TheIrony
#IDontHoldMyBreath

In the meantime, the Muslim Students’ Association at Ohio State is promoting such events as “The Trump Era: Battling Normalized Islamophobia” under this completely non-violent banner:

41209-msa_trump_era

And on December 2 they have a scheduled Discussion with OSU Police Department:

“We will have a discussion about the police relations with the muslim (sic) community and how we can adress (sic) distrust. In a time where bigotry against minority communities is prevalant (sic) it is important for our community to have friends within the Law Enforcement Community.”

Why do bad things always happen to their community?

Perhaps, if only their community could meet with the other community to talk about their communities sooner, much bigotry could have been prevented – and a community of 11 random non-Muslim students wouldn’t be in the hospital today with stab wounds and fractured skulls. And Abdul Razak Ali Artan would have abandoned the jihadi community and set his mind on helping the Catholic community that took care of him when he first came to join the American community. Or maybe not.

* * *

On yet another note, if Abdul Razak Ali Artan voted for a U.S. president this month, who did he vote for? In Ohio, according to reports, Somali immigrants are being driven to the polls by the van load, while many of them don’t even speak English, which makes them unlikely citizens. Abdul is said to have been a “permanent resident,” which comes before citizenship. So if he did vote, can we now chuck his vote from the much discussed “popular vote” number? In fact, how many more votes like his are there in the “popular vote” of which Hillary is so proud?

Giuliani’s Ties to Iranian Resistance Group MEK Should be Viewed as a Valuable Contribution

Giuliani’s Ties to Iranian Resistance Group MEK Should be Viewed as a Valuable Contribution, Iran Focus, November 29, 2016

(The objected-to Politico article was written by Daniel Benjamin, often referred to below but not identified as author of that article. — DM)

trumpandgu

London, 29 Nov – On November 28, in an article for Politico Magazine, Robert G. Torricelli, former U. S. Senator from New Jersey, and a former member of the U.S. House of Representatives, wrote about the Iranian Resistance Group, Mujahidin e-Khalq (MEK).  His article was written  in response to an article published in Politico last week, criticizing the MEK and the U.S. politicians who support them, particularly former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Torricelli, a former Democratic member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, who is familiar with the MEK and with Giuliani’s work on behalf of the organization says, “I can say unequivocally that Benjamin’s assertions are outrageous—so outrageous that I must respond.”

A large bipartisan coalition supports the MEK in its campaign for regime change in Iran, including two former chairmen of the joint chiefs, two former CIA directors, a former attorney general and the former chairs of both political parties. People with such varied political ideals, such as Howard Dean and Patrick Kennedy to Newt Gingrich and John Bolton support the MEK. Torricelli says, “From this perspective, the outlier isn’t Rudy Giuliani; it’s Daniel Benjamin.”

The history of the MEK began when it was part of the coalition opposing the shah of Iran in the late 1970s. The shah’s secret police executed and imprisoned most of their leadership. That vacuum was briefly filled by a Marxist group who were rejected by the incarcerated MEK leaders. Most of the Marxist leaders were killed by the shah or by the mullahs after their ascent to power in 1979. The MEK eventually regained its original leadership, and the MEK became an opposition group to the theocratic regime, and fled into exile in Paris and Iraq.

Torricelli writes, “Throughout this time, the MEK did take part in legitimate political and military action against the Iranian regime, but I have seen no evidence to support the assertion Benjamin makes that it took part in terrorist activities against Iranians or Americans.”

In Iraq in the 1980s, the refugee camps of the MEK were under the protection of the government of Iraq. MEK fighters were aligned with Iraqi Army during Iran/Iraq War. “But Benjamin’s claims that they assisted in Saddam Hussein’s repression of the Kurds have been denied by both MEK and U.S. Army leaders in Iraq. Upon the arrival of U.S. forces in 2003, the MEK willingly handed over its weapons, accepted U.S. protection and actively exposed the Iranian regime and its proxies’ terrorist activities. This included saving American lives by identifying IED locations. This, more than anything, explains the group’s support by former U.S. military personnel, including the former army anti-terror officer and the U.S. military police general assigned to the camp,” writes Torricelli.

The MEK provided invaluable intelligence regarding the Iranian nuclear program that helped counter Tehran’s efforts to develop atomic weapons. Maryam Rajavi, leader of the movement, committed herself publicly to a democratic, non-nuclear, secular Iran at peace with its neighbors with gender equality and a ban on capital punishment. The MEK organized thousands in the Iranian diaspora and built political support in Congress and parliaments across Europe. It is now the most organized and disciplined of the Iranian opposition groups.

“Some current and former State Department employees, including Mr. Benjamin, have a different concept. They remain committed to the idea that the MEK was a terrorist organization—a notion, I believe, which stems from an illusion of American reconciliation with the mullahs. In 1997, a group at State succeeded in convincing President Bill Clinton to place the MEK on the State Department list of terrorist organizations. Some claimed at the time that this decision was mainly intended as a goodwill gesture to Iran. The State Department gave as its reasons the MEK’s long record of violence, but I can tell you that as a member of the Foreign Relation Committee, I reviewed the State Department file on the MEK and found no evidence, no testimony and no reason for the designation except placating Tehran,” Torricelli writes, adding, “Thousands of Iranian-Americans and literally hundreds of members of Congress protested. In 2011, as a private attorney, I led a team of lawyers in a State Department inquiry to resolve the issue. After four hours of testimony, we yielded to the State Department to present their contradictory evidence. They had nothing.”

Without evidence, an order by the U.S. District Court was issued.  The MEK was removed from the State Department list of terrorist organizations by Secretary Hillary Clinton in 2012.

Torricelli continues, “Defeat came hard for the Iran apologists within the department. Mr. Benjamin isn’t the first to argue that the broad coalition of former U.S. intelligence, military, diplomatic and congressional leaders can’t be believed because some accepted speaking fees to attend MEK meetings around the world. The fact that these people faced combat for or dedicated their entire careers to our country, and are among our most respected leaders seems to be of no consequence. It’s an argument that requires no rebuttal except to note that by this standard the views of Thomas Paine, Elie Wiesel and Winston Churchill—all of whom accepted speaking fees from various international organizations—would have been silenced as well.”

Rudy Giuliani was one of the most outspoken supporters. The 3,000 MEK refugees settled along the Iran/Iraq border were under imminent threat in 2012. Iraqi relations with the United States were tense. Torricelli writes,  “Secretary Clinton requested that I assemble a persuasive group of distinguished Americans to travel to Europe and persuade Mrs. Rajavi to relocate the refugees to a former U.S. military base near Baghdad. I appealed to Louis Freeh, Ed Rendell, Michael Mukasey and Rudy Giuliani. Each accepted, canceled commitments, paid his own transportation to Paris and argued persuasively that the MEK assist the United States by relocating.”

Such a broad coalition of diverse Americans has varied perspectives. Torricelli says that, “Some believe that in the political vacuum following an economic or political collapse in Tehran, a determined and well-funded political opposition like the MEK could seize power. Others believe that the MEK might simply be part of a broader coalition, a simple pressure point or just a source of continuing intelligence.” Although rationales for support might differ, this group of Americans is united by the beliefs that the MEK is a genuine democratic force, and that regime change in Tehran is the best option to keep the peace, avoid a nuclear Iran, and benefit American interests.

Going back to Mr. Benjamin’s argument that Rudy Giuliani’s participation in this coalition should disqualify him for consideration as secretary of state, Torricelli has this to say, “Experience and participation in public policy issues was once a condition for high government service. It’s now a complication, because a record of advocacy creates controversy. But the selection of secretary of state needs to be different. Among the most likely crises facing the new president is an escalation in the struggle with the fundamentalist Islamic Republic of Iran. Rudy Giuliani has lived that struggle for a decade. Mr. Benjamin may quarrel with his efforts but it’s important to note that voices in the American foreign policy establishment as diverse as Senator McCain, Secretary Clinton, Deputy Secretary Blinken and John Kerry’s own personal representative on the MEK, Jonathan Weiner disagree. Each has thanked Rudy Giuliani and the other Americans involved in these efforts.”

Whether or not the president-elect chooses Mr. Giuliani as secretary of state, countering Tehran and assisting our country should not be seen as anything other than a valuable contribution to his consideration.

Cartels Flood Remote Border Sector with Migrants, Overwhelm U.S. Agents

Cartels Flood Remote Border Sector with Migrants, Overwhelm U.S. Agents, BreitbartBrandon Darby & Ildefonso Ortiz, November 28, 2016

Border Patrol agents in the remote Texas Big Bend Sector are sounding the alarm as Mexican cartels overwhelm them with illegal immigrants ahead of President-elect Trump’s inauguration. The sector has very few agents assigned and has remained one of the most open and unsecured regions along the U.S.-Mexico border.

Border Patrol Agent Shawn Moran spoke exclusively with Breitbart Texas on the matter. Agent Moran is vice president of the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC), the union representing approximately 16,500 Border Patrol agents. He stated, “This situation shows what happens when Border Patrol continues to use an outdated enforcement strategy. Since the initiation of Operation Gatekeeper, the Border Patrol has strengthened some sectors at the expense of others. Agent Moran continued, “Mexican cartels take the path of least resistance. They flood the RGV Sector (Rio Grande Valley) with illegal aliens. Border Patrol then redirects agents to that sector. The cartels then utilize the now-deleted sector for their profits. The smuggling routes are owned by cartels. They are leased by the smugglers to bring illegal aliens into he U.S., and they are used strategically to influence how the Border Patrol assigns resources.”

Border Patrol Agent Lee Smith also spoke exclusively with Breitbart Texas on the matter. Agent Lee is president of NBPC Local 2509 and represents the other agents in the Big Bend Sector. He stated, “Like all 9 sectors, we’ve seen an increase over the past two years. Recently we began apprehending groups as large as 50. We are not like the other sectors because we only have one agent to patrol 70 miles of border at times in some of our stations. Our sector is massive and we have the fewest agents per square mile on the U.S.-Mexico border. We are roughly 25 percent of the entire Southwest border, yet we only have 10 percent of the agents that the Tucson Sector has.”

Agent Lee continued, “We have multiple Mexican cartels operating in our sector, where most sectors have one or two. Many of the criminal groups make as much or more from illegal immigration and human trafficking as they do from narcotics. They are really overwhelming our abilities ahead of President-elect Trump taking office. The cartels are swamping our Presidio station with illegal aliens. Waves are coming and they use this to divert our resources away from other stretches of the border where they can then send special interest aliens or narcotics through.”

Breitbart Texas reached out to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for comment and will update this piece when comment is received.

The Big Bend Sector has largely been seen as too remote or far from large urban areas to be a national security concern, as smugglers would have to travel long distances to successfully get loads of narcotics or human beings into the interior of the nation. However, the Tucson Sector has areas that are similar to much of the Big Bend Sector and groups under the flag of the Sinaloa Federation or cartel have devised a system of scouts that operate deep within the U.S. to manage getting such loads through. The same cartel operates in parts of the Big Bend Sector. U.S. law enforcement resources are spread so thin in the area that U.S. authorities simply do not know if the same system is in play in the Big Bend Sector.

Due to the lack of data from the sector, Breitbart Texas has developed and largely relied on sources south of the sector in Mexico. Narcotics are flowing freely to the area immediately south of the Big Bend Sector, as previous Breitbart Texas reporting indicates.

American Islamist Group Preps for Jihad Against Trump

November 28, 2016

American Islamist Group Preps for Jihad Against Trump, Clarion Project, Martin Mawyer & Ryan Mauro, November 28, 2016

(Why in the name of Allah would they give advance notice? — DM)

muslims-of-the-americas-husain-abdallah-ipKhalifa Hussain Abdallah, (foreground) known as ‘K1’ within the group for his top ranking as an original founder, is said to be a key supervisor of these preparations for armed conflict.

The members believe that President-elect Trump is part of a satanic-Zionist conspiracy to destroy Islam, and that he is fulfilling apocalyptic End Times prophecies. Any action taken against MOA is seen as part of a war on Islam, a situation that permits violent jihad.

The preparations for armed confrontation are described as “self-defense measures,” but one source cautioned that the group could decide to take “offensive” action if it believes armed conflict is imminent.

*****************

Multiple confidential sources inside of a powerful jihadist group within the United States have informed the Christian Action Network and the Clarion Project that members have been told to arm themselves in anticipation of raids by the Trump Administration.

The Pakistan-based spiritual leader of Muslims of America (MOA), Sheikh Gilani, told top MOA officials (known as “khalifas”) to order all unarmed members to obtain firearms, licenses and hunting permits in order to resist raids on the group’s approximately 22 compounds that they expect to happen under the Trump Administration. Additional “security” was also called up and assault rifles have been mentioned as desirable.

The group now expects the FBI “to reopen its cases against them as a homegrown terrorist organization,” one of the confidential sources told Martin Mawyer of the Christian Action Network and Ryan Mauro of the Clarion Project.

The sources independently stated that members across the country were told of instructions from Sheikh Gilani to “be prepared to fight.” The message reportedly relayed to members was to “hear and obey,” using language identical to the oath of allegiance members sign when they join the group. He predicted, “You will be tested.”

MOA, previously known as Jamaat ul-Fuqra, refers to its compounds as “Islamic villages,” with its headquarters in New York known as “Islamberg.” Clarion Project’s Ryan Mauro obtained footage of women getting guerilla training at the site, which was filmed in or around 2002. The group has a history of terrorist and criminal activity.

MOA members have a long history of terrorism, extremism and criminal activity including weapons trafficking. A 2007 FBI reportobtained by Ryan Mauro of the Clarion Project states:

“The documented propensity for violence by this organization supports the belief the leadership of the MOA extols membership to pursue a policy of jihad or holy war against individuals or groups it considers enemies of Islam, which includes the US Government.”

It warned that MOA “possesses an infrastructure capable of planning and mounting terrorist campaigns within the U.S. and overseas.”

Orders were also issued for members released on parole to stay off the compounds and to minimize associations with other MOA members that live on the lands. Many members are on parole for crimes like distributing drugs, running illegal guns, fraud and counterfeiting.

Because parole officers can enter homes or come onto properties without a search warrant, MOA officials are concerned that the presence of a parolee on their land could be used for intelligence-gathering and to find a pretext for a raid.

Multiple independent sources emphasized that MOA membership is not confined to the camps and reported a peculiar scattering of members into areas of the U.S. that previously had no MOA presence.

The sources warned that some MOA members have been in violent drug gangs, sometimes in a covert capacity where the gangs are not informed of their MOA ties. They express concern that non-MOA criminals could be utilized so as to minimize traces to the group.

A public statement by Sheikh Gilani published on November 14 appears peaceful, but these sources say that the wording has frightening implications that outsiders would fail to detect.

“I foretold the disastrous results should this man be elected as the American President. He has come as a test and trial for the faithful adherents of the holy books. There is no reason to cry, weep or despair over this current difficulty,” it reads.

Gilani is referring to his prophecies that a “tyrant” would take control of the White House during the End Times, shortly before an apocalyptic battle happens that ushers in final victory for Islam (as he interprets it).

MOA believes that this “Doomsday” will happen under the reign of Gilani’s successor, known as the 7th Sultan. Gilani is understood by members to be on the cusp of death. Sources reported last month that Gilani has transferred his title of “imam of MOA” to his son in the U.S., Sultan Ahmed Gilani, who may be separate from the prophetic 7th Sultan.

muslims-of-the-americas-husain-abdallah-drivers-license-inside

Khalifa Hussain Abdallah, known as “K1” within the group for his top ranking as an original founder, is said to be a key supervisor of these preparations for armed conflict.

The sources urged Mawyer and Mauro to be on alert, as MOA members believe they are responsible for the forthcoming crackdown. Law enforcement has been informed of the danger and should consider MOA the immediate suspect if any harm is done to them.

The Christian Action Network and Clarion Project challenge Sheikh Gilani to prove his alleged commitment to non-violence by publishing an unequivocal forbiddance of any violent action against Mawyer and Mauro by any MOA supporter under any circumstances.

New Putin move to win a military base in Libya

New Putin move to win a military base in Libya, DEBKAfile, November 28, 2016

General Khalifa Haftar speaks during a news conference at a sports club in Abyar, a small town to the east of Benghazi. May 17, 2014. The self-declared Libyan National Army led by a renegade general told civilians on Saturday to leave parts of Benghazi before it launched a fresh attack on Islamist militants, a day after dozens were killed in the worst clashes in the city for months. Families could be seen packing up and driving away from western districts of the port city where Islamist militants and LNA forces led by retired General Haftar fought for hours on Friday, killing at least 43 people. REUTERS/Esam Omran Al-Fetori (LIBYA - Tags: CIVIL UNREST MILITARY POLITICS)

General Khalifa Haftar speaks during a news conference at a sports club in Abyar, a small town to the east of Benghazi. May 17, 2014.

It is too soon to say whether the Russian leader’s Libya initiative betokens an invitation to the new US president to work together in the Middle East, or he is cashing in on an uncertain transition period between the presidencies to build up a stack of chips ready to face Trump as a rival power.

**************************

Libyan Gen Khalifa Hafter arrived in Moscow Sunday, Nov. 26, with a request for Russian arms and military support for his army. He was welcomed in Moscow, which saw an opening for Russia to gain its first military base in North Africa. According to DEBKAfile’s military and intelligence sources, President Vladimir Putin began to envision a second Mediterranean base on the coast of Benghazi, twin to Hmeimim in Syria’s Latakia. This one would accommodate Russian naval as well as air units and be located 700km from Europe.

The US-born Hafter, a general in the army of the late Muammar Qaddafi, carries the title of supreme commander of the Libyan army. However, Libya is today riddled with hundreds of militias vying for control. Haftar heads a powerful group that was once backed by the United States. But since refusing to recognize the government established by the UN in Tripoli, he relies mainly on the support of Egypt and some of the Gulf emirates for his eastern Libyan Benghazi stronghold.

Egypt and the UAE provide Hafter’s army with air support from Egyptian bases in the Western Desert. It was their leaders who urged him to accept the Russian invitation to Moscow and bid for military assistance.

This was Hafter’s second trip to Moscow. He was there in June and met with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and National Security Adviser Nikolai Patrushev. Then, the Kremlin was wary of extending military aid to the maverick Libyan general.  US, Italian and British special forces were at the time pressing a major offensive to drive ISIS out of the key Libyan port of Sirte. However, this offensive has still not achieved its goal.

russianbaseslibya480

Donald Trump’s election as US president is already causing seismic rumbles in the region. Putin is now offering Hafter’s army jet fighters attack helicopters, armored vehicles and assorted missiles as well as air support for fighting the Islamic State.

It is too soon to say whether the Russian leader’s Libya initiative betokens an invitation to the new US president to work together in the Middle East, or he is cashing in on an uncertain transition period between the presidencies to build up a stack of chips ready to face Trump as a rival power.

At all events, Russian planes in Hmeimim are capable of covering the 1,500km distance to Libya, while the Russian carrier Admiral Kusnetzev is anchored not far away, off Syria’s Mediterranean shore. Both are therefore available for operations in support of the Libyan general.

This would be the first time a Russian aircraft carrier went into action in this part of the Mediterranean.

The battles ongoing along the Mediterranean coast his week among the various militias, including Hafter’s army, are in fact a tug-o’-war for control of Libya’s oil fields. Libya’s oil riches are certainly not absent from Putin’s calculations. Moscow’s assistance in helping his Libyan visitor gain the upper hand in this struggle could augur the first Russian stake in the Libyan oil industry.

Trump drops threat to investigate Clinton, forces her into 10-year-long cyber awareness training, Duffel Blog, November 26, 2016

WASHINGTON — After more than two years of investigations into the use of a private email server by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, President-elect Donald Trump and his Republican colleagues have decided to punish her with what critics are describing as “absolute torture.”

Though Trump said on Tuesday that he would drop any further investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server, the President-elect said that she would instead be forced to endure up to 10 years of cyber awareness training instead.

”Secretary Clinton has proven she does not understand how to properly handle classified material,” Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) said. “So she will be required to complete the annual Cyber Awareness training required for all military personnel. She will do so everyday, excluding weekends and holidays, for the next 10 years.”

Many Republicans and other top officials were stunned by the announcement.

”A fate worse than death,” said Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan.

”I wouldn’t wish that shit on my worst enemy,” said retired Marine Gen. James ”Mad Dog” Mattis, who is considered a frontrunner for Defense Secretary. ”I have always believed that the punishment should fit the crime but this, this is almost barbaric.”

”All I have to say is HA!” said Lance Cpl. Conrad Bowman. Bowman is an intelligence analyst with 1st Battalion, 8th Marines.

At press time, Clinton was reportedly asking close aides what difference does it make while mindlessly clicking through a suicide awareness brief.

Recount Freakout

November 26, 2016

Recount Freakout, Power Line, John Hinderaker, November 26, 2016

If you’re a liberal, anything is better than admitting that you lost. So now, just weeks after cautioning Donald Trump’s supporters that they had better accept the results of the election (unlike the Democrats in 2000 and 2004), Democrats led by Jill Stein are demanding recounts in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Left-wingers have donated millions of dollars, and the Hillary Clinton campaign has announced that it will participate in Stein’s recount efforts.

The presidential election wasn’t particularly close: Trump won, 306-232. Still, if you convert Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania to Hillary Clinton victories, she would edge Trump out, 278 to 260. That is obviously the basis on which those states were chosen. However, there is zero chance that a recount will change the result in any of those states, let alone all of them. Trump won Wisconsin by more than 20,000 votes, Michigan by 10,704 votes, and Pennsylvania by more than 70,000 votes. Lots of luck with those recounts.

Jill Stein claims that she isn’t trying to favor one presidential candidate over the other, but only wants to assure a fair process. That is nonsense. The states she and other liberal activists have chosen to challenge are not those where the race was closest. How about New Hampshire, which Hillary Clinton won by around 2,700 votes? Or Nevada, which she won by a little over 26,000? Even Minnesota was a whole lot closer than Pennsylvania; with its notoriously lax ballot security, Minnesota could be fertile territory for questioning election results.

Liberals know they aren’t going to overturn the result of the election through recounts, they just want to undermine Trump’s victory by making vague allegations of irregularities, “hacking,” and so on, which will circulate in the fever swamp for the next four years. It is, in other words, just another attempt by liberals to undermine our democracy.

Trump: ‘Brutal Dictator’ Caused ‘Unimaginable Suffering’

Trump: ‘Brutal Dictator’ Caused ‘Unimaginable Suffering’, NewsMax, November 26, 2016

trumponcastro

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump said on Saturday that his administration, which takes office Jan. 20, would “do all it can” to help boost freedom and prosperity for Cuban people after the death of Fidel Castro.

“Today, the world marks the passing of a brutal dictator who oppressed his own people for nearly six decades. Fidel Castro’s legacy is one of firing squads, theft, unimaginable suffering, poverty and the denial of fundamental human rights.

“While Cuba remains a totalitarian island, it is my hope that today marks a move away from the horrors endured for too long, and toward a future in which the wonderful Cuban people finally live in the freedom they so richly deserve.

“Though the tragedies, deaths and pain caused by Fidel Castro cannot be erased, our administration will do all it can to ensure the Cuban people can finally begin their journey toward prosperity and liberty. I join the many Cuban Americans who supported me so greatly in the presidential campaign, including the Brigade 2506 Veterans Association that endorsed me, with the hope of one day soon seeing a free Cuba.”

U.S. President-Elect Donald Trump has invited Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán to visit him in Washington D.C.

The Prime Minister said that Mr. Trump then praised the Hungarian government and called the people of Hungary “brave freedom fighters” during a telephone conversation on Thursday night, Hungarian paper Magyar Hirlap reports.

Mr. Orbán also noted that Trump congratulated Hungary for its economic success in recent years saying that he has called the nation’s achievements over the past six years “outstanding”.

After being invited to Washington D.C., Orbán said: “I told him that I hadn’t been there for a long time as I had been treated as a ‘black sheep’, to which he replied, laughing, ‘Me too’.”

On Mr. Trump’s open attitudes toward Hungary, the prime minister said: “He is much more interested in success, efficiency and results than in political theories,” adding: “This is good for us, as the facts are with us. The economic cooperation has always been good, only the ideologies presented obstacles.”

One of the first European politicians to come out in support of Trump, the maverick Hungarian leader has been a fierce opponent of the migrant policies of German Chancellor Angela Merkel and the European Union’s plans to redistribute migrants across the political bloc.

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart Londonshortly after the Hungarian migrant referendum, spokesman for the Hungarian government Zoltán Kovács said the Obama administration had left the country feeling abandoned. “My first-hand experience, the experience of the government, [is that] the U.S. has lost interest, and probably with it, knowledge about the region. Europe in general, but most certainly about Central Europe,” he said.

While Mr. Orbán had come out in support of Mr. Trump, Kovács was more cautious than to offer an official governmental endorsement, but did at the time note that the migrant policies of Trump and the Hungarian government aligned.

“If it’s about migration, which seems to be the most acute challenge we face, it’s definitely true that Mr. Trump and the conservative philosophy on migration is a lot closer to us,” he noted.

Hungary, along with neighbours Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Poland, constitute the Visegrad 4 group, who have been a major bloc in opposition of mass migration within the European Union. The V4 now look to the presidential elections in Austria for another potential ally in the anti-mass migration Freedom Party (FPÖ) candidate Norbert Hofer.

After meeting with Czech president Miloš Zeman, Hofer related his intentions for Austria to join the group as well.

Speaking to Breitbart London on the issue, spokesman Kovács said: “Austria has always rather belonged to Central Europe, not the Western part of Europe. With the facts and the consequences of what is happening on the southern and eastern borders of Europe now with migration, it would be an interesting turn and development if the Austrians realised that.”
