July 25, 2016There Is Nothing Honorable about Losing to Hillary
July 25, 2016There Is Nothing Honorable about Losing to Hillary, American Thinker, Karin McQuillan, July 25, 2016
In 2008 we had John McCain, who was too honorable to criticize Barack Hussein Obama. In 2012 we had Mitt Romney who again was too honorable to attack our first black President. Now we have Ted Cruz who is too honorable to honor his pledge of party unity, too honorable to protect our Supreme Court from Hillary’s potential nominees, and too honorable to help us win. We have all the Libertarians, so honorable they have a shot at throwing the election to Hillary.
We have a whole list of conservative pundits and websites, who could swallow the GOP betraying all their 2012 pledges, doubling our national debt and increasing entitlements, without a word about bolting the party, but Trump’s crude, honest talk is too much for their honor to bear?
We have Paul Ryan who is so honorable he has to rush to the microphones and join the media lynch mob criticizing Trump as racist, while the Dems’ race-baiting over 8 years has gotten a pass. Ryan’s priority is to protect his own, oh so honorable brand, as a compassionate conservative, superior to the voters as well as Trump.
There is nothing honorable about choosing to lose.
There is nothing honorable about betraying your voters, who picked Trump because all those honorable leaders have been lying to us for years. They pretend to support enforcing our immigration laws when they have no intention of doing so. They pretend to be serious about the jihadi threat, while letting millions of sharia-supporting Muslims into our country. They pretend to be fixing things in the Middle East, while giving the Gulf sheikdoms free rein to turn American mosques into jihadi propaganda centers. They pretend to be serious about jobs, while refusing to confront the Chinese on currency manipulation. They pretend to love America, but not enough to protect it from the PC onslaught on our constitutional rights.
Note to all you honorable liars and losers: the voters are sick of you. We want someone on our side and someone who will to fight to win. That’s why Trump was nominated.
Ted Cruz – the honorable thing was to put your personal anger at Trump’s dirty fighting aside. Yes, he called your wife and father mean, ugly things, completely reprehensible. That’s more important to your conscience than a Hillary Supreme Court? You told the convention, “And citizens are furious — rightly furious — at a political establishment that cynically breaks its promises and that ignores the will of the people.” You were talking about yourself, Ted. You were in the very act of ignoring the voters who elected Trump, not you, and breaking your promise to support the nominee. And you have the hypocrisy to label that principled.
Message to all you so very honorable constitutional conservatives: Trump is a far better constitutional candidate than anyone we’ve had a chance to vote for since Reagan, who also had his flaws. Without borders, we have no country and no rule of law, both of which are prerequisites to a constitutionally limited government. Think you’re going to get smaller government with amnesty and open borders?
So Trump doesn’t make beautiful intellectual speeches about liberty. He’s going to protect freedom of speech, religion and the 2nd Amendment, all of which are eroding by the week under progressive misrule.
So Trump isn’t pledging entitlement reform? He does recognize the need to rein in government over-regulation, so crucial to both liberty and prosperity. He will get rid of the Common Core federal take-over of education, with its curriculum designed to wipe out American values and love of country among our children. He will take on special interests such as the environmental lobby, which has hobbled our energy sector, and limited growth. These are not small improvements.
Hillary will finish destroying everything you hold dear. Trump will not just hold the line, he will advance it.
It’s nonsense that Trump is a horror, but that Hillary is worse. Trump gets the basics.
Which is far more than can be said of all you honorable men.
The Two Faces of Egypt’s Al-Azhar

The institute remarked on what many have noticed — that Al Azhar has two faces, two dialogues: one directed to the West, which preaches freedom and tolerance, and one directed to Muslims, which sounds not unlike radical groups such as ISIS.
*********************
In a statement titled, “The Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies Calls on Al Azhar’s Sheikh to Renounce His Remarks Which Contradict Religious Freedom and Support Violent Extremism,” the institute blasted Sheikh Ahmed al-Tayeb’s recent remarks concerning apostasy.
Though Tayeb is often portrayed as a “moderate” and “reformer,” the prominent human rights organization expressed its “deep regret at the recent remarks recently released by Dr. Ahmed al-Tayeb, which waste a basic freedom—that of religious freedom—and which aid and nourish extremist thinking and preaching.”
Previously, on his daily televised show running throughout Ramadan, Dr. Tayeb said,
Contemporary apostasy presents itself in the guise of crimes, assaults, and grand treason, so we deal with it now as a crime that must be opposed and punished … Those learned in Islam [al-fuqaha] and the imams of the four schools of jurisprudence consider apostasy a crime and agree that the apostate must either renounce his apostasy or else be killed.
The institute remarked on what many have noticed — that Al Azhar has two faces, two dialogues: one directed to the West, which preaches freedom and tolerance, and one directed to Muslims, which sounds not unlike radical groups such as ISIS.
“It should be noted that Al Azhar adopts two contradictory speeches: one is open and directed externally, while the other supports violent extremism, and is directed internally,” continued the institute’s statement.
The institute gave several examples of al-Tayeb preaching freedom of religion in front of Western audiences. For example, “In March 2016, before the German parliament, Sheikh al-Tayeb made unequivocally clear that religious freedom is guaranteed by the Koran, while in Cairo he makes the exact opposite claims.”
The conclusion of institute echoed what many Egyptians have been saying: “Combating terrorism and radical religious ideologies will not be accomplished by directing at the West and its international institutions religious dialogues that are open, support international peace and respect freedoms and rights, while internally promoting ideas that contribute to the dissemination of violent extremism through the media and educational curricula of Al Azhar and the mosques.”
Clinton VP tapped pro-terror Muslim leader for immigration seat

(Please see also, Clinton VP Pick Tim Kaine’s Islamist Ties. — DM)
Kaine and his administration initially brushed off the criticism as mere Islamophobia.
Yet Omeish’s ties to terror and explicit support for violent Jihad quickly became apparent, ultimately leading Kaine to pressure Omeish to step down.
**************************
Virginia Senator and former Governor Tim Kaine has been the Democratic Party’s presumptive Vice Presidential nominee for just three days, yet the pick has already drawn fire from the pro-Israel community due in part to Kaine’s robust support for the Iran nuclear deal, his boycott of Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s address to Congress in 2015, and his ties to a left-wing NGO.
Now, a controversial appointment made during his tenure as Governor of Virginia has raised new questions about Kaine’s bona fides as a self-described “strongly pro-Israel Democrat”.
In 2007, then-Governor Kaine appointed Esam Omeish, a Libyan-born physician and then-president of the Muslim American Society, to Virginia’s Immigration Commission. This came despite Omeish’s history of ties and expressions of support for radical Islam and Jihadist terrorism.
Omeish is a long-time member of the Board of Directors of the Dar Al Hijrah mosque, which two of the 19 terrorists responsible for the 9/11 terror attacks attended, as friends of the mosque’s imam.
That imam was Anwar al-Awlaki, the radical Salafist cleric who later fled the United States and joined Al-Qaeda, after settling in Yemen.
In 2010, President Obama placed al-Awlaki on the CIA “kill list”, citing his orchestration of deadly terror attacks against Americans. In 2011 a US drone strike killed al-Awlaki in southeast Yemen.
But Omeish was not merely a congregant at the Dar Al Hijrah mosque where al-Awlaki preached; in 2000, he was vice president of the mosque and was responsible for vetting and hiring the radical cleric as the mosque’s imam.
The Muslim American Society, then headed by Omeish, had close ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, the Chicago Tribune reported in 2004, a description later validated by a federal report describing the group as “the overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in America.”
In addition to Omeish’s ties to radical Islam, his recorded comments prior to the 2007 appointment by Governor Kaine made his support for Jihadist terror even more explicit.
During a December 22, 2000 speech at a Jerusalem Day Rally in Lafayette Park, in Washington D.C., Omeish praised “the Jihad way” to “liberate your land”.
“We, the Muslims of the Washington metropolitan area, are here today in subfreezing temperatures to tell our brothers and sisters in Filastine [Palestine], that you have learned the way, that you have known that the Jihad way is the way to liberate your land. And we, by standing here today, despite the weather, and despite anything else, we are telling them that we are with you, we are supporting you, and we will do everything we can inshallah [Allah willing] to help your cause.”
In 2004, Omeish explicitly praised Hamas leader Sheikh Ahmed Yassin.
Governor Kaine’s selection of Omeish was criticized by state Republicans, who said the governor had failed to properly vet the appointee.
C. Todd Gilbert, a Republican delegate from Shenandoah County, wrote to the governor, noting the Muslim American Society’s “questionable origins”.
“I don’t know how a problem of this magnitude could have slipped through the Governor’s screening process,” Gilbert later said in a statement. “Even a cursory internet search about the appointee in question would have also easily identified him as a leader of a potentially radical northern Virginia mosque.”
Kaine and his administration initially brushed off the criticism as mere Islamophobia.
Yet Omeish’s ties to terror and explicit support for violent Jihad quickly became apparent, ultimately leading Kaine to pressure Omeish to step down.

Ansbach blast caused by explosive device – mayor
German interior minister is reportedly on his way from Berlin to Ansbach suggesting this could potentially be another attack on German soil.
And still, Obama digs his heels in on his plot to bring in hundreds of thousands of these Muslims “refugees.”

Emergency services are on hand, desperately trying to help those injured in the large explosion
Germany has been on high alert following a series of incidents in recent days.On Sunday, a Syrian refugee hacked a woman to death with a machete and injured two other people in the German city of Reutlingen – the 21-year-old man was apparently acting alone and has been arrested. On Friday, nine people were killed in a shooting near a shopping centre in Munich, which was carried out by an 18-year-old German and Iranian dual natonal who later turned the gun on himself.
One person was killed, eleven others were injured by an explosion that hit a restaurant in the south German city of Ansbach in the federal state of Bavaria, local media reported.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The incident took place in the central part of the city, not far away from a place where a music festival took place at the weekend, Suddeutsche Zeitung. (Sputnik)
The local police has confirmed the number of victims.
The incident happened at around 10:30 p.m. local time on Sunday when an explosion occurred at the Eugens Weinstube (wine cafe) on Pfarrstraße, which is located in downtown Ansbach, a city that is located in the state of Bavaria. It is about 150 kilometers (93 miles) northwest of Munich.
According to initial reports, the explosion may have been the result of a gas leak, though there was no official confirmation. It is believed that one person has been killed and at least nine others have been injured, some of whom have been seriously injured.
Witnesses at the scene reported seeing a large number of emergency services, including heavily-armed police.
The incident occurred during the Ansbach Open music festival, which is taking place from Friday through Sunday and attracts a large number of visitors. It also follows a series of high-profile incidents in Germany.

The Real Implications of Deborah Wasserman Schultz’s Resignation
July 25, 2016The Real Implications of Deborah Wasserman Schultz’s Resignation, PJ Media, Roger L Simon, July 24, 2016
The most fascinating aspect of the controversy over the Democratic National Committee’s hacked emails that has resulted in Deborah Wasserman Schultz’s resignation—a quasi firing—is that everything was fine with Wasserman-Schultz until… she got caught.
While some Democrats, particularly Bernie supporters, were annoyed with Debbie before” Guccifer 2.0″ exposed the DNC emails, those same emails demonstrating favoritism to Hillary Rodham Clinton by the supposedly even-handed committee were readily available to a whole stream of people who never said word one.
It would be interesting to compile an annotated list of who they are, who was on the various rounds. Do they include those, like David Axelrod, who suddenly and eagerly called for Wasserman Schultz to bow out? I’d bet on some surprises. Whatever the case, were I a Sanders supporter, which I am not, I would obviously be furious.
It is quite possible that Bernie Sanders would currently be the Democratic Party nominee for president were it not for this conspiracy against him. We will never know. He came remarkably close even while enduring it. (I would imagine if a conspiracy surfaces on email, out of digital form in cloakroom whispers, it is even more pervasive.)
What is astonishing is that Sanders himself has turned into a eunuch, rolling over for this on the morning shows by making light of the situation. One can only wonder what his supporters think now that their hero is a sellout. (Perhaps they will learn the value of the missing Eleventh Commandment—”Never trust your leaders.”)
That the DNC server was so easily hacked is also quite astonishing since the break-in occurred after the Hillary Clinton email server story became front-page news. Don’t these people learn anything?
I am far from an expert in cybersecurity, but having run an online media company for seven years, I forced myself to learn enough to see the obvious—that those who hacked into the DNC server and other email accounts such as Sidney Blumenthal’s to Hillary Clinton, as was done by the original Guccifer, were simply clever amateurs, patient enough to guess their way in with simple-minded passwords. For the highly-trained sophisticated intelligence services of China, Russia, Germany, Israel, the UK, France, Pakistan and Iran (to name just a few) with access to super computers, such break-ins would be so routine they might be done in ten minutes. Our own NSA might have done in it three minutes. Maybe they did.
How did this outright cyber stupidity on the part of the DNC and Clinton come to pass? Two words: arrogance and corruption. They work together brilliantly.
How could you possibly trust these people to manage the war against radical Islam where cybersecurity is increasingly paramount? ISIS has certainly mastered YouTube. Who knows what else they can do? Sooner or later, they or their progeny will know plenty.
How the media plays this story will be revelatory. They treated Melania Trump’s cribbing a few lines of the most banal boilerplate from a Michelle Obama speech as a catastrophe that could upend a campaign. This is a hydrogen bomb by comparison. The governing committee of one of our two principal political parties attempted to steal an election—and was supremely incompetent in the process!
If the media does not meet its responsibility with this story and pursue it to the end, they will be exposing the bias we all know to such a degree they are endangering their own survival. The public, as Trump’s candidacy indicates, not to mention the polls, already despises the media. That same media may seem invincible, but they are vulnerable in their bottom line. Everybody is.
Still no confidence in the MSM? If you’re interested in searching the DNC email database yourself, you can do so here.
AND THIS UPDATE: People say they’re confused by the latest revelation that after having “resigned” from the DNC, Wasserman Schutlz has just been hired by Hillary’s campaign. I’m not. Washerman Schultz knows a great deal. Clinton would never want her angry and running off the reservation talking to people. As the man said, “Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer.”
MOST AMUSING BS IN THE STORY SO FAR: Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook claiming that the email leak was a Russian plot to get Donald Trump elected. WikiLeaks made fun of that one quickly enough. It’s sort of the equivalent of Hillary blaming her husband’s adulteries on “the great rightwing conspiracy.” It’s such a boldfaced lie you have to admire the person for having the guts to tell it. I rather doubt Putin is shivering in his boots over a President Hillary “Reset Button” Clinton.
Terror wave catches German authorities in denial
July 25, 2016Source: Debka-Terror wave catches German authorities in denial

Two Syrian refugees committed acts of terror in different Bavarian towns Sunday, July 24, the third and fourth violent attacks in Germany in less than a week.
One Syrian, a 21-year old, used a machete to murder a pregnant woman in Reutingen near Stuttgart. He was arrested – but only after a motorist saw him attacking two more people and ran him down. Local police assured the populace that there was nothing more to fear since the attack arose from a private quarrel between the Syrian man and a female colleague at work.
This did not explain why the attacker went on to stab another two victims.
That night, in Ansbach, southwest of Nuremberg, a second Syrian refugee of 27 – denied asylum in Germany a year ago but allowed to stay – was refused entry to a three-day summer popular music festival when he aroused the suspicions of guards at the gate. They let him go without asking to search his rucksack. He then went straight to a nearby wine bar and detonated the device he was carrying, injuring 12 people, three of them seriously.
The Bavarian authorities initially attributed the explosion to a gas leak. But then the mayor’s office confirmed it was a deliberately detonated device. The 2,500 music fans were sent home and the event was canceled.
Bavarian Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann first tried explaining that the Syrian blew himself up in protest at being turned away from the festival.
Only later, on Monday, did the minister tell reporters that he could not exclude the possibility of an Islamist-inspired attack. He said investigators would work tirelessly to investigate the attack and fully understand the man’s motives.
But Hermann also said that the Syrian bomber had tried to commit suicide twice before and was confined to an institution. It was not clear, he said, if he had planned to kill only himself or “take others with him into death.” This suggested that the putative music lover was also a mental case, which sounded much like the snap diagnosis offered by German officials after the Munich mall mass-killer murdered nine people on Friday, July 22.
The first of the four attacks was carried out by a 17-year old refugee from Afghanistan exactly a week ago on July 18. Wielding an ax and a knife, he wounded eight people on a train near Wuerzbuerg, not far from Munich, before he was shot dead by police.
Although an ISIS flag was found in his room and the Islamic State claimed the Afghan axeman as “one of its soldiers,” the Bavarian interior minister said only, “There may be an Islamic background to this but that is far from clear at this point.”
But the Bavarian police have insisted that neither Sunday’s machete attack nor Friday’s shooting in Munich bore any sign of connections with Islamic State or other terrorist groups.

Some puzzling questions remain unanswered about the slaughter of nine people by the Iranian-German 18-year old Ali Sonboly at the Munich mall Friday – firstly, was he alone? After viewing aerial photos and maps of the scene at the Olympia Einkaufszentrum mall, many counterterrorism experts infer that he was not the only shooter.
They also find it hard to believe that a 9mmGlock pistol could have produced the scale and power of gunfire described by multiple witnesses.
The only motive officially ascribed to Sonboly was an obsession with mass murder and the claim that he too was receiving psychiatric treatment.
Connecting these attacks in a single week of violence links the German state of Bavaria to a triangle of terror (see attached map) along with the Nice, France atrocity on July 14, which left 84 dead, and the under-reported attempt by four Arab-speakers to kidnap a British Royal Air Force officer at the Marham air base in Norfolk on July 20.
They add up to 6 violent attacks in 12 days, averaging one terrorist episode every two days in Europe.
But Germany stands out as refusing to admit to a reign of terror, partly because of the fallout generated for Chancellor Angela Merkel’s open-door policy for masses of distressed refugees.
But the damage is not just political. German authorities recently admitted that while accepting a million refugees, 130,000 failed to register at the special reception centers and have dropped out of sight.
No one can tell how many terrorists are among them and what violence they are plotting. Instead of burying their heads in the sand, German security authorities need to hurry up and devise counter-measures in good time to head off the mounting threat.
