In between making the beds and dusting the antiques, Marina Santos, Hillary’s housekeeper in her Washington, DC mansion, printed up state secrets for her boss. And she had access to the secure room where top secret docuemnts were housed.

Hillary Clinton had such contempt for national security rules that Paul Sperry, a well respected writer for the New York Post, sourcing unnamed “e-mails and FBI memos,” writes that the Filipina immigrant maid:

…was called on so frequently to receive e-mails that she may hold the secrets to E-mailgate — if only the FBI and Congress would subpoena her and the equipment she used.

Those subpoenas will have to await Congress going back into session, since Obama/Lynch will not permit a grand jury under current circumstances.

For anyone who cares about national security, the details of Hillary’s recklessness are stunning.

Clinton would first receive highly sensitive e-mails from top aides at the State Department and then request that they, in turn, forward the messages and any attached documents to Santos to print out for her at the home.

Among other things, Clinton requested Santos print out drafts of her speeches, confidential memos and “call sheets” — background information and talking points prepared for the secretary of state in advance of a phone call with a foreign head of state.

“Pls ask Marina to print for me in am,” Clinton e-mailed top aide Huma Abedin regarding a redacted 2011 message marked sensitive but unclassified.

In a classified 2012 e-mail dealing with the new president of Malawi, another Clinton aide, Monica Hanley, advised Clinton, “We can ask Marina to print this.”

“Revisions to the Iran points” was the subject line of a classified April 2012 e-mail to Clinton from Hanley. In it, the text reads, “Marina is trying to print for you.”

Both classified e-mails were marked “confidential,” the tier below “secret” or “top secret.”

Santos also had access to a highly secure room called an SCIF (sensitive compartmented information facility) that diplomatic security agents set up at Whitehaven, according to FBI notes from an interview with Abedin.

From within the SCIF, Santos — who had no clearance — “collected documents from the secure facsimile machine for Clinton,” the FBI notes revealed.

Just how sensitive were the papers Santos presumably handled? The FBI noted Clinton periodically received the Presidential Daily Brief — a top-secret document prepared by the CIA and other US intelligence agencies — via the secure fax.

Does Hillary Clinton not understand the concept of a deep cover agent? One of the most popular (and “eerily authentic”) TV shows of the last few years has been all about the practice.

I bet Huma Abedin does.  Hillary should ask her.

President Obama Triggers Election Eve Controversy With Interview That Suggests “Undocumented Citizens” Can Vote And Not Fear Investigation

President Obama Triggers Election Eve Controversy With Interview That Suggests “Undocumented Citizens” Can Vote And Not Fear Investigation, Jonathan Turley’s Blog, Jonathan Turley, November 6, 2016

One of the controversies that has been raging in this election is the allegation of Republicans, including Donald Trump, that illegal immigrants have been voting around the country. An interview with Hispanic activist group “Mitú” has now magnified this controversy after President Barack Obama appeared to say that non-citizens could vote and that there is no way that they would be investigated. The statement came in an interview with Mitú’s Gina Rodriguez who asked the President is “undocumented citizens” are at risk if they vote. The President assured them that they have nothing to fear even though such voting is strictly illegal.

Here is the exchange (the video is below):

Rodriguez: “Many of the millennials, DREAMers, undocumented citizens — and I call them citizens because they contribute to this country — are fearful of voting. So, if I vote, will immigration [U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement] know where I live? Will they come for my family and deport us?”

Obama: “Not true. First of all, when you vote, you are a citizen yourself, and there is not a situation where the voting rolls are transferred over and people start investigating, et cetera. The sanctity of the vote is strictly confidential in terms of who you voted for.

Putting aside the contraction of an “undocumented citizen,” the answer to the question is clear: undocumented person cannot vote in this country.

I am certainly willing to give the President the benefit of the doubt that he heard “millennials” and might have thought that the question was whether their families (which might include illegal immigrants) would be at risk. Nevertheless, the President could have missed the reference.

Given the controversy over this very issue, it should have been a misstatement that the White House corrected immediately. Conversely, if this tape is doctored, they should make such a statement on the inaccurate or false editing. I have found no statement from the White House even though I cannot understand how the answer to that question could be construed as true — unless you cut cut everything after the word “millennial,” which makes the question nonsensical since there is no reason why an actual citizen — millennial or non-millennial — would be investigated after voting for possible illegal immigrants in a household.

The U.S. government makes the exclusion of illegal immigrants clear:

Who Can Vote?

You can vote in U.S. elections if you:

Are a U.S. citizen
Meet your state’s residency requirements
You can be homeless and still meet these requirements.
Are 18 years old on or before Election Day
You can register to vote before you turn 18 if you will be 18 by Election Day. Check your state’s registration age requirements.
Register to vote by your state’s voter registration deadline
The one exception is for residents of North Dakota, which doesn’t have voter registration.
Who CAN’T Vote?

Non-citizens, including permanent legal residents
For President in the general election: U.S. citizens residing in U.S. territories
Some people with felony convictions. Rules vary by state. Check with your state elections office about the laws in your state.
Some people who are mentally incapacitated. Rules vary by state.

President Obama’s comments has predictably exploded on the Internet at a time when the Democrats are also opposing voter identification laws used to confirm voter status. I am baffled why there has been no immediate correction by the White House.

States like Virginia make such acts a misdemeanor (or felony for procuring or assisting illegal voting):

§ 24.2-1004. Illegal voting and registrations.
A. Any person who wrongfully deposits a ballot in the ballot container or casts a vote on any voting equipment, is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

B. Any person who intentionally (i) votes more than once in the same election, whether those votes are cast in Virginia or in Virginia and any other state or territory of the United States, (ii) procures, assists, or induces another to vote more than once in the same election, whether those votes are cast in Virginia or in Virginia and any other state or territory of the United States, (iii) votes knowing that he is not qualified to vote where and when the vote is to be given, or (iv) procures, assists, or induces another to vote knowing that such person is not qualified to vote where and when the vote is to be given is guilty of a Class 6 felony.

Large-scale attack against IDF forces thwarted by Palestinian Authority in Hebron

( A wonderful piece of news… ! – JW )

Israeli border police detonate large IED after receiving information from Palestinian security forces.

Palestinian Authority security forces foiled a terror attack against Israeli Defense Forces this weekend.

The sophisticated attack was thwarted after the IDF received intelligence from PA security about an explosive device attached to a barrier that separates the Israeli side of Hebron from the Palestinian side.

A Palestinian security source said that the suspected attacker, who was arrested on Friday before he could carry out the attack, was a resident of the West Bank town of Qalqilya and was part of a cell which was based abroad.

He had planned to throw a Molotov cocktail towards IDF forces and escape, planning to remotely detonate the device, a 12kg gas cylinder,  while being pursued in order to maximize the number of casualties.

Palestinian security forces immediately informed the IDF and Israeli police and the device was safely detonated by the police on Friday night. Footage captured by residents showed a large fireball, but no injuries were reported.

Since the beginning of the latest wave of violence to hit Israel and the West Bank, numerous attacks have been thwarted in and around Hebron, a stronghold of the Islamist movement Hamas.

On November 1, Israeli border police thwarted an attack by a Palestinian woman near the Cave of the Patriarchs. She had been carrying two large knives in her purse and had been planning a stabbing attack against Israelis.

As part of the security coordination between Israel and the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank, Palestinian security forces have stopped many attacks in the West Bank, and a Palestinian security source said that they “expect that the Israelis would do the same” to prevent attacks against Palestinians.
