Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley pulled 51 people from an illegal alien stash house described by officials as “deplorable.”

Border Patrol agents assigned to the McAllen Station in the Rio Grande Valley Sector responded to a tip on Monday about two apartments being used as a stash house for illegal immigrants smuggled from Mexico into the United States. U.S. Border Patrol Supervisory Agent Marlene Castro described the operation as “deplorable” in a statement obtained by Breitbart Texas.

The agents worked with state and local law enforcement officials from the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office to obtain a search warrant and carry out the raid on the human smuggling warehouse. When the task force arrived at the apartment complex to carry out the raid, they discovered a total of 56 people inside the two small apartments. All admitted to being inside the United States illegally.

Five of the people who were discovered inside the apartments, two men and three women, were engaged in the smuggling operation acting as “caretakers” for those confined in the stash house, Castro wrote in the statement. They were arrested and turned over to authorities for possible prosecution.

The 51 illegal immigrants, who were treated as cargo by the human smugglers and crammed into the small apartments, were taken by CBP officials for processing as illegal immigrants. No information was provided as to the gender of those being smuggled or if any minors were involved. The illegal immigrants were reported to be from Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras.

Breitbart Texas has reported extensively on the inhuman treatment of these illegal immigrants by their Mexican cartel connected human smugglers. Two weeks ago, the raid of a stash house in Houston yielded 12 illegal immigrants on the city’s north side.

Just two weeks prior, 52 foreign nationals were found in another Hidalgo County stash house. Two if the individuals were part of the smuggling operation according to officials, while 50 were illegal immigrants from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and El Salvador. The 50 were being held in a house designed for a small family.

In April, Breitbart Texas reported on the fate of these human smuggling “passengers” who often have no idea of what is in store for them as they leave the stash houses in the Texas border region. Brooks County, located about 80 miles north of the Texas/Mexico border is a prime example of the dangers faced by those who turn their lives over to the cartel connected smugglers. Women are frequently raped, men are beaten, people are held hostage for more “transportation fees,” and immigrants are left to die in the ranch fields surrounding the Falfurrias Border Patrol checkpoint located in the middle of the county.

These abuses clearly illustrate the inhumanity faced as a consequence of our nation’s unsecured border.

Clinton Foundation Refiles Tax Returns… Again

Clinton Foundation Refiles Tax Returns… Again, Front Page Magazine, Daniel Greenfield, October 5, 2016

hill3

There should be a drinking game for every time the Clinton Foundation refiles its tax returns. But the alcoholism rate is bad enough without it. Here’s the Clinton Foundation refiling three years of tax returns.

Clinton Foundation officials quietly refiled three years of tax-related forms this week after the New York attorney general acknowledged the charity had failed to disclose all of its donors in accordance with state law.

Two entities operating within the Clintons’ sprawling philanthropic network — the Clinton Health Access Initiative and the Clinton Global Initiative — submitted supplementary financial disclosures for different years between 2012 and 2014 while denying Tuesday that the attorney general’s office had asked them to do so.

This would be the same AG who is aggressively pursuing Trump while ignoring blatant violations by the Clinton Foundation. Now this certainly isn’t the first time that Clinton Inc. has been forced to do this.

The Clinton Foundation filed three years of revised tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service on Monday, correcting errors which came to light as former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign led to increased scrutiny of the charity founded by her husband, President Bill Clinton.

Clinton Foundation CEO Donna Shalala said press reports about the foundation’s failure to correctly report government grants from 2010 to 2012 led the organization to conduct a thorough review involving lawyers and accountants, who found other errors. Still, she called the refiling voluntary.

This latest filling? Also utterly and totally voluntary. Like Hillary’s FBI chat. It’s such a pesky little thing.

For three years in a row beginning in 2010, the Clinton Foundation reported to the IRS that it received zero in funds from foreign and U.S. governments, a dramatic fall-off from the tens of millions of dollars in foreign government contributions reported in preceding years.

Those entries were errors, according to the foundation: several foreign governments continued to give tens of millions of dollars toward the foundation’s work on climate change and economic development through this three-year period. Those governments were identified on the foundation’s annually updated donor list, along with broad indications of how much each had cumulatively given since they began donating.

And it keeps coming. As with the emails, you have to conclude that either the Clintons are utterly incompetent or criminals. Which one entitles Hillary to the White House again?

Israel’s Resilient Decency Despite Extreme Terrorism

October 5, 2016

Israel’s Resilient Decency Despite Extreme Terrorism, Investigative Project on Terrorism, Noah Beck, October 5, 2016

1852

[I]n 2015, Israelis suffered about 10 terrorist attacks every day.

Adjusted for population size, the violence would equate to a staggering 150,160 attacks in a year in the United States (roughly 411 per day).

[S]tories of Israeli decency and the relative prosperity of Israel’s Muslims rarely appear in the mainstream media or get acknowledged by the EU, the UN, or human rights organizations.

The next time Western politicians, human rights groups, and journalists feel tempted to critique Israeli conduct, or demand more restraint from Israelis, they should ask themselves: “How would we respond if there were 411 jihadi terrorist attacks per day here? Would we also provide medical treatment to terrorists and their relatives? Would our society be nearly as tolerant and kind towards Muslims? Would our laws similarly protect Muslim rights and allow Muslim political groups to support organizations that want to destroy our country? How often would our headlines and coverage present a neutralized terrorist as a victim?”

*****************************

U.S. citizens got a small taste of the Islamist terror threat that hounds Israelis on Sept. 17, with four bombings or bombing attempts in the New York metropolitan area and a Minnesota stabbing attack.

Israel, a country about the size of New Jersey, endured eight terrorist attacks in a four-day period overlapping the American incidents. Even that frightening frequency does not represent “the scale of the attacks during the previous wave” of terror, according to the Meir Amit Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center, an Israeli think tank.

Israel’s experience shows that the war against Islamist terror is a long and difficult one, but it can be managed while maintaining a democracy’s core values.

Whereas the U.S. experienced about a dozen attacks during the 21 months from the start of 2015 through last month, an Israeli government list of terror attacks covering 12 months from 2015-16 totaled 407 attacks, including 165 stabbings, 87 attempted stabbings, 107 shootings, 47 vehicular (ramming) attacks, and one bus bombing. Those attacks killed 40 people and injured 558 others.

The Israeli government statistics don’t include stone throwing, petrol bombs, riots, IEDs, arson, stun grenade attacks, rocket attacks, and other types of attacks. When those are included, Israelis endured 3,754 terrorist attacks (including 3,635 by Palestinians and 119 by Israeli Arabs) from Jan. 1, 2015 to Jan. 5, 2016, according to a meticulously documented list compiled by analyst Nehemia Gershuni-Aylho.

Thus, in 2015, Israelis suffered about 10 terrorist attacks every day.

Adjusted for population size, the violence would equate to a staggering 150,160 attacks in a year in the United States (roughly 411 per day).

Of course, demographic, geographic and historic differences mean the U.S. is unlikely ever to experience that much Islamist terrorism.

Despite those differences, jihadi attacks in the United States during the last year have been enough to inject proposals like banning all Muslims from entering the country into the national political debate. No such proposals have ever been publicly discussed by any mainstream political parties in Israel.

By contrast, Israeli democracy is immensely tolerant of diverse opinions – to the point that the Arab party in the Knesset publicly supports terrorist organizations bent on destroying Israel. Last March, two Arab-Israeli political parties condemned Gulf Arab states for designating the Lebanese-based Iranian proxy Hizballah a terror organization. Hizballah openly seeks Israel’s destruction, and has more than 100,000 rockets and missiles aimed at the Jewish state. Could a parliamentary party in the EU or U.S. ever openly support an enemy terrorist group?

Remarkably, Israel spares no expense when providing medical help to the very terrorists attempting to murder Israelis.

Last December, at the height of the “Stabbing Intifida” – a series of seemingly spontaneous knife attacks by Palestinians on Israelis – the Israeli Medical Association issued a ruling requiring that the wounded be aided in order of injury severity, even if that means helping assailants before victims. Israeli medics treat Palestinian terrorists and murderers better than their Palestinian counterparts treat Israeli victims of Palestinian terror, such as the Palestinian medics who ignored an Israeli terror victim’s plea for help last November.

Another example of Israel’s incredible humanism despite extreme terrorism is the Israeli mother who was happy to donate the kidney of her son, who was murdered by a Palestinian suicide bomber, to save the life of a Palestinian girl.

The Israeli non-profit “Heart for Peace” is staffed by Israeli and Arab cardiologists who have saved the lives of more than 610 Palestinian children since 2005. Outrageously, in 2014, a Gazan mother whose young son’s heart was saved by Israeli doctors said that she hoped he would grow up to be a suicide bomber.

Israel has even provided medical services to the relatives of those seeking its destruction. Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh may encourage ordinary Palestinians to embrace martyrdom for the sake of killing Israelis, but his mother-in-law, daughter, and granddaughter have all been treated by Israeli hospitals. During the last war with Hamas in 2014, Israel reportedly provided medical treatment to two Hamas terrorists who had infiltrated the country through a tunnel. Every year, Israel treats thousands of Gazans.

Examples of public generosity and decency may be rare in conflict zones, but they abound in Israel. When an Arab Israeli was wrongly beaten by police in May, the Israeli public raised money for the victim’s college tuition and legal fees, a story that went totally unreported by the mainstream media. Last August, a Palestinian girl whose bicycle was taken and broken by Israeli border police received a new bicycle donated by an Israeli man.

The EU routinely criticizes Israel for its relations with Muslims, yet Europe is far less tolerant of Islam in many respects. Last summer, three French cities – Corsica,Cannes, and Villeneuve-Loubet – banned “burkinis” from the beach. Germany’s interior minister called for a partial ban on burkinis, and a German public swimming pool reportedly prohibited them. By contrast, Israel allows burkinis, a fact highlighted in a New York Times video that went viral.

Four European countries – France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and now Bulgaria – ban full face veils in most public places. Israel imposes no such restrictions on Muslims.

Last summer provided an even more positive testament to how Israeli Muslims are treated, when Israel’s smartest high-school student was an Arab named “Mohammed” and the captain of Israel’s goalball team at the Rio Paralympics was a 26-year-old, Muslim woman. (Goalball is a sport created for blind athletes.)

But stories of Israeli decency and the relative prosperity of Israel’s Muslims rarely appear in the mainstream media or get acknowledged by the EU, the UN, or human rights organizations. World leaders routinely call for Israeli restraint, as if Israelis weren’t already exercising extraordinary restraint, a fact demonstrated by this graph showing how each of Israel’s last three wars with Hamas (in 2008, 2012, and 2014) was preceded by hundreds, and more often thousands, of Hamas rocket attacks against Israeli civilians. What country would tolerate thousands of deadly projectiles being fired on its civilians before responding with enough force to stop the attacks?

Similarly, when it comes to stabbings, car rammings, bombings, and other forms of Palestinian terrorism, world opinion reflexively calls for Israeli restraint and/or attempts to justify the attacks.

Last October, EU foreign affairs chief Federica Mogherini called for Israeli restraint after four Israelis had been murdered in a total of 19 terrorist attacks during the first 12 days of the month.  Secretary of State John Kerry tried to blame that wave of Palestinian terrorism on Israeli settlements. United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon tried to justify Palestinian terrorism as a rational response to “occupation. “Such reactions would be unthinkable in response to similar terrorist attacks in the EU or U.S. World leaders and the global media seem unaware that Arab Muslims have been killing Jews for more than a century – long before any occupation, settlements, or even a Jewish state.

Palestinian terror attacks don’t reflect some miserably unfair existence – they are the product of raw hatred and incitement. Dozens of Israeli Arab Muslims have committed terrorist attacks even though they are not under occupation and enjoy better freedoms and living standards than most of the Arab world has. Like so many Palestinian terrorists, they are driven by the same hateful incitement that rejects any state for the Jews.

President Obama is ordering all national security agencies to expand the use of “unconscious bias” training and address “intersectionality” in a late push for diversity and inclusion push in the federal government.

The president issued a memorandum on Wednesday entitled “Promoting Diversity and Inclusion in the National Security Workforce.” The memo requires all 17 intelligence agencies, including the Pentagon, State Department, and Department of Homeland Security, to report back in four months on their progress in collecting information about diversity in their workforces, such as employees’ sexual orientation and gender identity.

Obama listed “diversity” as “our greatest asset” in keeping America safe.

“Our greatest asset in protecting the homeland and advancing our interests abroad is the talent and diversity of our national security workforce,” Obama said in the seven-page memo. “Under my administration, we have made important progress toward harnessing the extraordinary range of backgrounds, cultures, perspectives, skills, and experiences of the U.S. population toward keeping our country safe and strong.”

The memo outlines several requirements for the security agencies, including an order to expand “unconscious bias” and “inclusion” training. Unconscious bias training rests on the theory that “everyone is a little bit racist or sexist.”

Intelligence agencies have already begun to use the training. Last year the intelligence community brought in a Google executive for a seminar on unconscious bias. The Justice Department is also training more than 33,000 federal agents on “implicit bias.”

President Obama is now making unconscious bias training mandatory for senior leadership positions at the FBI, CIA, NSA, and Defense Department, as well as for officials in charge of approving security clearances.

“Agencies shall expand their provision of training on implicit or unconscious bias, inclusion, and flexible work policies and make implicit or unconscious bias training mandatory for senior leadership and management positions, as well as for those responsible for outreach, recruitment, hiring, career development, promotion, and security clearance adjudication,” the memo reads.

The training can be phased in, and priority will be given to divisions that rank low on the New Inclusion Quotient, or “New IQ,” average. The New IQ is calculated by asking employees about the “5 Habits of Inclusion” to see if their work environment is “supportive” and “empowering.”

The unconscious bias training will be used to address “intersectionality.”

“Agencies should give special attention to ensuring the continuous incorporation of research-based best practices, including those to address the intersectionality between certain demographics and job positions,” according to the memo.

Intelligence agencies are also required to “reward and recognize efforts to promote diversity and inclusion.”

“They are also encouraged to create opportunities for senior leadership and supervisors to participate in outreach events and to discuss issues related to diversity and inclusion with the workforce on a regular basis, including with employee resource groups,” according to the memo.

Political correctness has been blamed for intelligence failures in the past. The FBI interviewed Omar Mateen, the terrorist who murdered 49 people at an Orlando nightclub, two times after he made pro-terrorist comments to coworkers, but dropped both investigations. Mateen told the FBI he was the victim of religious discrimination from coworkers because he was Muslim.

The administration is also requiring agencies to collect more information on employees, including voluntary disclosures on sexual orientation and gender identity. The memo orders the agencies to “identify additional categories” of information to collect on current workers so they can meet diversity goals.

“Further, agencies may also collect additional demographic data, such as information regarding sexual orientation or gender identity,” the memo said.

In addition to top security agencies, the memo applies to the United States Agency for International Development, the Department of the Treasury’s Office of International Affairs and Office of Critical Infrastructure Protection, and the Justice Department’s FBI and National Security Division.

The guidance will affect over 3 million people who make up the national security workforce. The agencies must report on their progress in 120 days.

Vetting the Migrants

October 5, 2016

Vetting the Migrants, Political Islam via YouTube, October 4, 2016

(We can’t even vet adequately for jihadists. — DM)

The blurb beneath the video states,

As Syrian refugees and other migrants are being brought to the US, we hear that we don’t need to worry about any nasty “terrorists” (jihadists, to use the right word), because they will be vetted.

We are worrying about the wrong kind of jihad. The “terrorist” is the least of our worries. Instead, we need to concern ourselves about the jihad of the increasing demands and use of Sharia. It is the Sharia that annihilates a native civilization. For an example, before the Sharia, Turkey was a Christian civilization. Today it is 99.7% Muslim. It was jihad that put the Sharia in place, and then, over the centuries, Christianity was annihilated.

Our vetting needs to focus on the Sharia, not just violence. The US has taken a stand against racial hatred, why not take a stand against Kafir hatred?
We need to say no to Sharia wife-beating, no to Sharia Kafir hatred, no to the Sharia killing of apostates, no to Sharia suppression of free speech, no to Sharia abuse of women.

When Islam came to Medina in the first migration, Medina was half Jewish and with some Arab Muslims. Five years later, Medina was totally Islamic and with no Jews. Annihilation by migration and Sharia is pure Sunna.

Why do we want American citizens who think our Constitution is haram (Sharia forbidden) and that Kafirs are scum? We need to vet all migrants and insist they repudiate political Sharia.

The oath of citizenship should read: I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, sovereignty, religious legal system of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen;

U.S. Society Ignorant of Migration Problem, Latin America Press Says

U.S. Society Ignorant of Migration Problem, Latin America Press Says, Latin American Herald Tribune

(Summary — Americans are stupid and like Trump because they don’t know that Latin America has an unbearable violent crime problem and we haven’t bothered to attempt an “honest search” for a solution. Let’s violate American laws by sneaking in so we can give America the same problems we have. –DM)

He regretted that Central America “continues to be a region that hasn’t found the formula for solving the problems of violence that is terrorizing most of the population” adding that he has “come to believe the reason is because there has been no honest search” for a solution.

***************************

MEDELLIN, Colombia – U.S. society remains blissfully ignorant about Central America’s migration problem, according to Carlos Dada, founder of El Faro, the digital news daily of El Salvador and winner of the Gabriel Garcia Marquez Award for Journalistic Excellence.

Dada has been digging into the subjects of migration and violence in the region for the past 18 years.

“American society lives in such amazing comfort that it is completely ignorant of the problem, and only a society so ignorant can explain the success of someone like (Republican presidential candidate Donald) Trump,” Dada told EFE in an interview in Medellin, where he accepted the prize that, as the jury indicated, “for the first time has been awarded to a team and not to an individual.”

The journalist warned that big media in the U.S. “are beginning to realize… how disconnected they are from their own societies.”

“They still don’t get how half the people in their country can be Trump supporters,” he said.

According to the journalist, those media “are terrified to see that the richest, most developed society in the world… is made up of very ignorant citizens who have the great power to give a dangerous, ignorant clown like Trump the most important, most powerful office in the world.”

El Faro journalists were dubbed “the uncomfortables” in a profile by the New Ibero-American Journalism Foundation, or FNPI, founded by Colombian Nobel laureate Gabriel Garcia Marquez, that accompanied the Journalistic Excellence Award.

The FNPI wished to honor “the quality of El Faro’s journalism and also the courage of its journalists” who undertake such projects as reporting on the violence in El Salvador.

“Central America continues to be seen in the north as a very violent and very corrupt region,” said Oscar Martinez, another El Faro journalist who this year was also honored with the Maria Moors Cabot Prize.

He warned that one thing that is happening is that “the verb ‘to migrate,’ which had economic implications, now mostly means ‘to flee’ or ‘to escape.’”

“A lot of people are being displaced and are leaving the region because of the violence,” Martinez said.

He regretted that Central America “continues to be a region that hasn’t found the formula for solving the problems of violence that is terrorizing most of the population” adding that he has “come to believe the reason is because there has been no honest search” for a solution.

“Last year was the most violent year of the century in El Salvador with 103 homicides for every 100,000 inhabitants; of those homicides in 2015, only one in every 10 has been prosecuted up to halfway through this year; in other words, only one in every 10 homicides in the most violent year of the most murderous country in the world had the chance to be punished,” he said.

Similarly, the director of El Faro, Jose Luis Sanz, lamented that the political debate about violence “continues to be repetitive, vague and simplistic.”

It is one thing for a hypocritical jetset climate clown like DiCaprio to say something outrageous and anti-democratic. Climate advocate Leonardo DiCaprio has called for climate “deniers” to be banned from public office. President Obama, sharing a stage with DiCaprio, did not object – Obama’s words in my opinion appear to actually lend some support to DiCaprio’s outrageous demand, for limiting the US people’s freedom to choose leaders who represent their views.

DiCaprio: Climate change doubters shouldn’t hold public office

Politicians who don’t believe in climate change should not hold public office, said actor Leonardo DiCaprio Monday at the White House before the screening of his new climate documentary.

“The scientific consensus is in and the argument is now over,” DiCaprio said at the White House’s South By South Lawn event.

If you do not believe in climate change, you do not believe in facts or in science or empirical truths and therefore, in my humble opinion, should not be allowed to hold public office.

“Climate change is almost perversely designed to be really hard to solve politically. It is a problem that creeps up on you,” Obama said.

“The political system in every country is not well-designed to do something tough now to solve a problem that people will really feel the impact of in the future.”

James Madison Students Instructed Not To Say Things Like “Picking People Up By Their Bootstraps”

October 5, 2016

James Madison Students Instructed Not To Say Things Like “Picking People Up By Their Bootstraps”, Jonathan Turley Blog, Jonathan Turley, October 5, 2016

james_madisonu_seal

James Madison University has issued a list of 35 things to instruct students on not saying “dumb” things, a list that reflects phrases considered to be “microaggressions” or insensitive comments. The students at the orientation were told never to say things like “love the sinner, hate the sin,” “we’re all part of the human race,” “I treat all people the same,” and “people just need to pick themselves up by their bootstraps.” among other expressions.

The list appears to come from Dr. Maura Cullen’s book “35 Dumb Things Well-Intended People Say: Surprising Things We Say that Widen the Diversity Gap,” a popular source for those who argue that microaggressions should be sanctioned on campuses, a view recently embraced by the Northwestern University President who called those with opposing views “idiots.”

James Madison University wants students to stop referring to people pulling themselves up by their bootstraps or “I know exactly how you feel.” Even expressions of empathy are disfavored because they “shut[] the other person down.” So telling a gay or lesbian person that “what you do in the privacy of your own bedroom is your business” is still “hurtful and annoying” because it belittles their experiences.

I have written columns and blogs through the years about the disturbing trend on U.S. campuses toward free speech regulation and controls. In the name of diversities and tolerance, college administrators and professors are enforcing greater and greater controls on speech –declaring certain views or terms to be forms of racism or more commonly “microaggressions.”

Here is the full list:

1. “Some of my best friends are …”
2. “I know exactly how you feel.”
3. “I don’t think of you as …”
4. “The same thing happens to me too.”
5. “It was only a joke! Don’t take things so seriously.”
6. What do ‘your’ people think.”
7. “What are you?” or “Where are you really from?”
8. “I don’t see color” or “I’m color blind.”
9. “You are so articulate.”
10. “It is so much better than it used to be. Just be patient.”
11. “You speak the language very well.”
12. Asking black people about their hair or hygiene.
13. Saying to LBGTQ people “what you do in the privacy of your own bedroom is your business.”
14. “Yes, but you are a ‘good’ one.”
15. “You have such a pretty face.”
16. “I never owned slaves.”
17. “If you are going to live in this country, learn to speak the language!”
18. “She/he is a good person. She/he didn’t mean anything by it.”
19. “When I’ve said the same thing to other people like you, they don’t mind.”
20. Calling women “girls, honey, sweetie pie” or other familiar terms.
21. When people of color say, “It is not the same thing.”
22. When people of faith say, “Love the sinner, hate the sin.”
23. When white men say, “We are the ones being discriminated against now!”
24. Referring to older people as “cute.”
25. Asking a transgender person, “What are you really? A man or a woman?”
26. Referring to the significant other, partner, or spouse of a same gender couple as their “friend.”
27. “Why do ‘they’ (fill in the blank) always have to sit together? They are always sticking together.”
28. “People just need to pick themselves up by their bootstraps.”
29. People with disabilities are “courageous.”
30. “That’s so gay/queer. That’s so retarded.”
31. “I don’t see difference. We are all part of the same race, the human race.”
32. I don’t care if you are pink, purple or orange, I treat all people the same.”
33. Asking a transgender person, “Have you had the operation.”
34. Saying to a Jewish person, “You are so lucky to have ‘your’ Christmas spread over a week!”
35. “Here’s another book on political correctness.”
