The Black Lives Matter movement (BLM) casts itself as a spontaneous uprising born of inner city frustration, but is, in fact, the latest and most dangerous face of a web of well-funded communist/socialist organizations that have been agitating against America for decades. Its agitation has provoked police killings and other violence, lawlessness and unrest in minority communities throughout the U.S. If allowed to continue, that agitation could devolve into anarchy and civil war. The BLM crowd appears to be spoiling for just such an outcome.

Nevertheless, BLM appears to be exercising considerable leverage over the Democratic Party, in part by pressuring and intimidating Democratic candidates such as Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders (VT) into embracing their cause. The movement could also assist President Obama’s exploitation of racial divisions in society beyond his final term in office.

This report examines in detail, for the first time, how communist groups have manipulated the cause of Black Lives Matter, and how money from liberal foundations has made it all possible.

Leftist origins

Exploiting blacks to promote Marxist revolution is an old tactic. The late Larry Grathwohl, former FBI informant in the Weather Underground, understood from personal experience how white communists exploited blacks and other minority groups. He said that Weather Underground terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn regarded Barack Obama, whose political career they sponsored, as a tool – a puppet – to use against white America. Obama’s legacy at home will certainly include more racial division.

BLM launched in 2013 with a Twitter hashtag, #BlackLivesMatter, after neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman was acquitted in the Trayvon Martin killing. Radical Left activists Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors and Opal Tometi claim credit for the slogan and hashtag. Following the Michael Brown shooting in August 2014, Dream Defenders, an organization led by Working Families Party (ACORN) activist and Occupy Wall Street anarchist Nelini Stamp, popularized the phrase “Hands Up–Don’t Shoot!” which has since become BLM’s widely recognized slogan.

Garza, Cullors and Tometi all work for front groups of the Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO), one of the four largest radical Left organizations in the country. The others are the Communist Party USA (CPUSA), Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), and the Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism (CCDS). Nelini Stamp’s ACORN – now rebranded under a variety of different names – works with all four organizations, and Dream Defenders is backed by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), the ACLU, the Southern Poverty Law Center and others.

FRSO is a hereditary descendant of the New Communist Movement, which was inspired by Mao and the many communist revolutions throughout the world in the 1960s and 1970s. FRSO split into two separate groups in 1999, FRSO/Fight Back and FRSO/OSCL (Freedom Road Socialist Organization/Organizaciόn Socialista del Camino para la Libertad). Black Lives Matter and its founders are allied with the latter group. Future references to FRSO in this article refer to FRSO/OSCL.

FRSO is comprised of dozens of groups. The radical Left model is based on alliances of many organizations that are working on separate issues but dedicated ultimately to the same thing: overthrowing our society in order to replace it with a hardcore socialist (read communist) one.

The goal is to present the appearance of a formidable mass of organizations. Some are large, but many are little more than a website or Facebook page. When necessary, they can all come together to promote the cause du jour. The deaths of Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown and others were mere pretexts for socialist agitation. The real enemy is “the system.” This is why the BLM crowd denies the facts of those cases. As Stamp has said, “we are actually trying to change the capitalist system we have today because it’s not working for any of us.”

BLM is one of many projects undertaken by the FRSO. Except for the website, blacklivesmatter.com, there is no actual organization. The website implicitly acknowledges this, describing #BlackLivesMatter as “an online forum intended to build connections between Black people and our allies to fight anti-Black racism, to spark dialogue among Black people, and to facilitate the types of connections necessary to encourage social action and engagement.”

FRSO membership is disproportionately represented by blacks, gays and women, and self-consciously emphasizes those issues. Garza, who penned a “Herstory” of BLM, is a ” queer,” black veteran activist involved in numerous FRSO organizations. Her resumé includes:

Cullors describes herself as a “working class, queer, black woman.” She claims the country killed her father, a drug addict. At a 2015 Netroots Nation conference, Cullors led chants shouting, “If I die in police custody, burn everything down… rise the f— up! That is the only way mother—–s like you will listen!” Cullors founded and directs Dignity and Power Now (DPN), which claims to seek “dignity and power of incarcerated people, their families, and communities.”

Cullors was trained by Eric Mann, a former Weather Underground leader who exhorts followers to become “anti-racist, anti-imperialist” activists. Mann runs another FRSO front, the Labor/Community Strategy Center. Like most professional leftists, he makes good money – over $225,000 annually – living in “the system” he advocates destroying.

Tometi is the daughter of illegal aliens from Nigeria. While in college, she worked for the ACLU defending illegal aliens against “vigilantes” opposed to illegal immigration. She is currently the executive director of Black Alliance for Just Immigration (BAJI).

The funding

FRSO/BLM organizations are generously supported by a universe of wealthy foundations. Some, like those employing BLM founders Garza and Tometi, receive money directly. Others, like Cullors’ DPN, are financed by organizations designed specifically to underwrite the activities of others. Amounts reflect donations received over approximately the past decade.

NDWA (Garza) – 2013 revenues were $5.5 million. The NDWA board includes two members of CASA de Maryland, the Illegals’ version of ACORN. CASA also received a grant from NDWA in 2013, as did the radical Left Institute for Policy Studies. NDWA receives funding from the following foundations:

POWER (Garza) – 2013 revenues were $456,676, including $92,173 in government grants. POWER evolved from the now defunct communist group STORM (Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement). Obama’s former “Green Jobs Czar” the self-described communist, Van Jones, served on STORM’s board.

RTTC (Garza) – 2013 revenues were $248,190. RTTC is a nationwide network of activist organizations that resists the gentrification of inner cities because it displaces “low-income people, people of color, marginalized LGBTQ communities, and youths of color…”

SOUL (Garza) – Despite its small size (2013 revenues at $110,304), SOUL claims to have trained 679 organizers in 2013.

BAJI (Tometi) – 2013 revenues were $321,570. This modest organization only lists two full-time staff, yet receives support from many recognizable foundations.

Cullors’ DPN is underwritten by Community Partners, a Los Angeles based non-profit with a $24 million budget (including $4 million in government grants) that fiscally sponsors non-profits. It is not an FRSO organization.

Advancement Project (AP) – an FRSO group that funds a variety of radical causes. AP sees America as a racist, oppressive nation and, according to Discover the Networks, “works to organize ‘communities of color’ into politically cohesive units while disseminating its leftist worldviews and values as broadly as possible by way of a sophisticated communications department.” Its 2013 revenues were $11.3 million.

Movement Strategy Center (MSC) – also facilitates funding, development and advancement of FRSO organizations. Its 2013 revenues were $7.5 million, including $156,032 in government grants.

The return of Van Jones

Mainstream funders have helped fund BLM as well. For example, United Way has partnered with A&E and iHeartMedia to create Shining the Light Advisors, a committee of “nationally known experts and leaders in racial and social justice,” to oversee grant disbursements. These “advisors” include such radicals as Van Jones, Advancement Project co-director Judith Browne Dianis, and Rinku Sen, president of the Applied Research Center (ARC).

BLM’s mission includes a kitchen sink of favored radical Left causes, including support of poverty elimination programs, prison deinstitutionalization, illegal immigration and gay rights. Highlighting FRSO’s orientation toward gay blacks, it describes how “Black, queer and trans folks bear a unique burden from a hetero-patriarchal society that disposes of us like garbage and simultaneously fetishizes us and profits off of us, and that is state violence.”

Its wide network of affiliates and partner organizations like CPUSA and ACORN allows BLM to turn out large crowds. Many participate simply to protest, commit violence, loot or all three.

FRSO was prominent at the Ferguson protests and videoed the event. It has even created a Black Lives Matter button. Following are more FRSO organizations involved with BLM. (Funding estimates provided when known).

  • Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ) is a “national network of groups and individuals organizing White people for racial justice.” SURJ quotes Garza saying that “We need you defecting from White supremacy and changing the narrative of White supremacy by breaking White silence.”
  • Strategic Concepts in Organizing and Policy Education (SCOPE) – Its 2013 revenues were $2.8 million. Led by Anthony Thigpenn, a former Black Panther and board member of the Apollo Alliance. Apollo is the secretive alliance of labor, environment and other Left activists that formulated Obama’s trillion dollar “stimulus” plan. Board member Van Jones described Apollo “as sort of a grand unified field theory for progressive Left causes.” It is now a project of the Blue Green Alliance.

BLM groups have also joined with CPUSA, CCDS, DSA, SEIU, Color of Change and many others. Anarchist and top OWS organizer Lisa Fithian, who orchestrated the 1999 Seattle World Trade Organization riots, trained Ferguson protesters. Fithian says “Create crisis, because crisis is that edge where change is possible.”

Fithian echoes Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven – creators of the infamous Cloward/Piven Crisis Strategy – who spent decades attempting to provoke ghetto blacks to riot, because “Poor people can advance only when ‘the rest of society is afraid of them.’” Rasheen Aldridge, seen above meeting President Obama, was a leader of the Ferguson protests. He has participated in numerous CPUSA events in 2013, 2014 and 2015. Another prominent CPUSA member active in BLM protests is Michael McPhearson, who leads the Don’t Shoot Coalition.

Carl Davidson and Pat Fry, co-chairs of CCDS, exploited the revolutionary atmosphere of the Ferguson riots to create an eight-point plan for “Left Unity” demanding “a common aspiration for socialism.”

Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment (MORE) is Missouri’s rebranded ACORN group. It created an illustrative chart offering a snapshot of the Left’s grievance agenda. Capitalism is always the problem. Socialism is always the solution.

 

Interestingly, MORE doesn’t believe in socialism when it is footing the bill. MORE promised to pay Ferguson protesters $5,000/month to hang out and cause trouble. But just as ACORN stiffed its employees while preaching socialist generosity, MORE stiffed the protesters.

Islamist organizations have also jumped on the BLM bandwagon, reminding us of the unholy alliance that exists between them and the radical Left. In September 2015, the Muslim Brotherhood front-group Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) joined BLM activists in storming California Governor Jerry Brown’s office. CAIR also participated in the Ferguson protests. Meanwhile ISIS is recruiting American blacks for its cause.

Intellectual genealogy of Black Lives Matter

“We must be ready to employ trickery, deceit, law-breaking, withholding and concealing truth… We can and must write in a language which sows among the masses hate, revulsion, and scorn toward those who disagree with us.” – Vladimir Lenin

That quote from the Soviet Union’s first leader captures the entire essence of the Left’s strategy. No matter what the issue, no matter what the facts, the Left advances a relentless, hate-filled narrative that America is irredeemably evil and must be destroyed as soon as possible. The BLM movement is only the latest but perhaps most dangerous variant on this divisive theme.

Communists use language and psychology as weapons. Their constant vilification is a form of psychological terror. It puts America and Americans on trial. The verdict is always guilty. Facts don’t matter because the Left does not want to resolve the problems they complain about. They use those problems to agitate and provoke, hoping conflict becomes unavoidable – thereby creating a self-fulfilling prophecy. Their hatred is tactical.

Obama’s favorite Harvard professor Derrick Bell devised Critical Race Theory, which exemplifies Lenin’s strategy as applied to race. According to Discover the Networks:

“Critical race theory contends that America is permanently racist to its core, and that consequently the nation’s legal structures are, by definition, racist and invalid … members of ‘oppressed’ racial groups are entitled – in fact obligated – to determine for themselves which laws and traditions have merit and are worth observing…”

Bell’s theory is in turn an innovation of Critical Theory – developed by philosophers of the communist Frankfurt School. The school was founded in Frankfurt, Germany in 1923. Its Jewish communist scholars fled Hitler’s Germany in the 1930s, relocating to Columbia Teachers College in New York. Critical Theory – which discredits all aspects of Western society – rapidly infected the minds of newly-minted college professors, who then spread its poison throughout the university system. We know it today as political correctness.

White privilege

The “racist” narrative was turbocharged with the concept of “White Privilege,” the notion that whites – the dominant group in capitalist America – are irretrievably racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, fill-in-the-blank-ophobic, imperialistic oppressors who exploit everyone. Whites are the only true evil in the world and should be exterminated.

The “White Skin Privilege” idea was created in 1967 by Noel Ignatiev, an acolyte of Bell and professor at Harvard’s W.E.B. Du Bois Institute (Du Bois was a Communist black leader who helped found the NAACP). Ignatiev was a member of CPUSA’s most radical wing, the Maoist/Stalinist Provisional Organizing Committee to Reconstitute the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party (POC). POC was the intellectual forerunner to FRSO.

Writing under the alias Noel Ignatin, Ignatiev co-authored an SDS pamphlet with fellow radical Ted Allen, titled “White Blindspot.” In 1992 he co-founded “Race Traitor: Journal of the New Abolitionism.” Its first issue coined the slogan, “Treason to whiteness is loyalty to humanity.” Its stated objective was to “abolish the white race.” More specifically, the New Abolitionist newsletter stated:

“The way to abolish the white race is to challenge, disrupt and eventually overturn the institutions and behavior patterns that reproduce the privileges of whiteness, including the schools, job and housing markets, and the criminal justice system. The abolitionists do not limit themselves to socially acceptable means of protest, but reject in advance no means of attaining their goal (emphasis added).”

But do not be confused; “White” does not mean white. “White” in radical construction means anyone of any race, creed, nationality, color, sex, or sexual preference who embraces capitalism, free markets, limited government and American traditional culture and values. By definition, these beliefs are irredeemably evil and anyone who aligns with them is “white” in spirit and thus equally guilty of “white crimes.” Ignatiev still teaches, now at the Massachusetts College of Art.

The Black Lives Matter movement carries this narrative to unprecedented heights, claiming that only whites can be racists. And while justifying violence to achieve “social justice,” the movement’s goal is to overthrow our society to replace it with a Marxist one. Many members of the black community would be shocked to learn that the intellectual godfathers of this movement are mostly white Communists, “queers” and leftist Democrats, intent on making blacks into cannon fodder for the revolution.

It’s not too hard to imagine what immigration enforcement would look like under President Hillary Clinton.

If allowing 200,000 criminal aliens to escape deportation sounds like a good idea to you, you should be wearing a Hillary for President button.

We learned this past week that the FBI does not think Hillary Clinton’s gross negligence in managing top secret documents is a crime. Why are we surprised? Gross negligence in immigration law enforcement has been celebrated as a national virtue for the past seven years.

What will happen to immigration law enforcement when immigration anarchy is accepted as the “new normal”? The answer is simple. We’ve already test driven the beta version, so we are fully conditioned for the full roll-out in 2017.

If you want a graphic preview of what gross indifference to immigration law enforcement will look like when implemented across the board, look no further than the Obama team’s unwillingness to deport even convicted criminal aliens. Some 925,000 deportable aliens including 200,000 criminal aliens now roam our streets— after being ordered deported by a federal immigration court.

Here’s a little quiz. True or false: When a federal immigration judge issues a “Final Order of Removal” against a criminal alien after all appeals and waivers and exemptions have been exhausted, then a federal immigration agency takes that person into custody and escorts him or her out of the country.

The answer is — False.

First, because in the large majority of cases, the criminal alien did not show up for the court hearing and has no known address.

Second, no one will go looking for him because the deportation order will be added to 925,000 other deportation orders that have yet to be enforced.

Okay, yes, there is some good news buried in this depressing picture– only about 20 percent of the 925,000 are convicted criminals. The bad news is that since 2012, the number of criminal aliens has been growing at about 6 percent annually.

But the really bad news is that both numbers — the 925,000 undeportable aliens and the 200,000 criminals among them — are only the tip of an invisible iceberg. No one knows the true size of the invisible iceberg, and no one in government even wants to know that number.

That statement is not an exaggeration. To people in the immigration enforcement business, numbers do not mean what ordinary citizens think they mean. We need only look at the federal government’s attitude toward  visa overstays.

Our federal immigration agencies think it is wonderful that — by their own estimate — only one percent of the more than 50,000,000 foreign tourists, foreign students and business travelers who enter the United Sates annually with non-immigrant visas become “visa overstays.”

By the government’s latest estimate, 500,000 foreign visitors annually fail to depart on the date their visa expires — and the government thinks this is an acceptable level of illegal entry.

A one percent failure rate may not sound like a big problem until you consider two other numbers.

  • Half of our 12-20 million illegal aliens are visa overstays, so even if by some miracle the land border is made secure, we will still have a rising tide of illegal entries.
  • 1 percent of 50 million is a very big number if even one per cent of one percent of those foreign visitors are terrorists.

Think about what these numbers really mean.

  • A mere 1 percent of 50,000,000 is 500,000 illegal aliens from over 120 countries annually joining the 12 to 20 million already here. And the truth is, no one really knows if it’s 1 percent or 2 percent or 5 percent.
  • Then factor this number: All 19 of the 9/11 terrorists entered the United States on legal visas and then simply ignored the expiration date and assumed new identities.

So, if only 1 percent of the estimated 500,000 annual visa overstays have terrorist plans or ambitions, that is 5,000 potential terrorists entering the country legally each year — not by crossing the Rio Grande, but merely passing through customs legally at one of over 100 U.S. airports that welcome foreign travelers.

Today, our “broken immigration system” has become a cliché, but at least we have a robust debate about fixing it. Under President Hillary Clinton, Congress would be debating how to speed up refugee resettlement and “remove roadblocks” to immigration. Immigration law enforcement would be an oxymoron.

If you think the Border Patrol has a retention problem now, wait till Clinton orders agents to abandon green uniforms for white ones — to better symbolize our “welcoming spirit.”

On immigration law enforcement, instead of a “zero tolerance” policy we have a zero worry policy. Instead of “see something, say something,” we now have “see nothing, say nothing.”

This is the policy Hillary Clinton embraces, cheers and celebrates. If she becomes President Clinton, we will no longer be debating what to do about Sanctuary Cities. We will have become a Sanctuary Nation.

Violence against police officers is becoming epidemic. In Tennessee, Lakeem Scott shot four people, including a police officer, because he was “troubled by recent events involving African-Americans and law enforcement officers in other parts of the country.”

In Georgia, earlier today, “a phony 911 caller ambushed a patrolman when he responded to the suspect’s request for help.” The Georgia Bureau of Investigation “said a motive for the shooting is not yet clear, but did mention the similarity between the crime and the shootings in Dallas.”

This morning in suburban St. Louis, “a motorist shot an officer three times as the officer walked back to his car during a traffic stop.” The officer is in critical but stable condition.

So far in 2016, 34 police officers have been murdered in the line of duty, according to theOfficer Down Memorial Page, most by gunfire and others by vehicular assault. Many more have been wounded.

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran has discussed joining ITER, an international project in southern France that aims to build the first machine to generate significant amounts of energy using nuclear fusion, a clean, safe and virtually limitless form of nuclear power, a spokesman for the ITER said.

Iran has about a hundred plasma physicists and about 150 scientists with doctorates in fields related to nuclear fusion, Laban Coblentz told AP in an interview published on Friday.

“So they (Iranians) clearly have a serious academic program,” he added.

Stressing that the ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) Charter makes it clear that ITER is a project open to any country that is prepared to have meaningful participation, both technological and financial, he said the Iranians are “very eager to get moving” and join the 35 countries collaborating on building the world’s largest experimental fusion machine called a tokamak.

Coblentz said Iran now has three small tokamak machines and is building a fourth.

Iran’s Nuclear Energy Chief Ali Akbar Salehi and Vice President for Science and Technology Sorena Sattari visited the Cadarache research center for nuclear power in France earlier this month to discuss the country’s participation in the project.

Fusion-generated nuclear power has no significant weapons applications and nuclear fusion, which joins atoms together, is the process that powers the sun and stars.

Nadia Shoufani is a former employee of UNRWA — the pro-Hamas, pro-jihad Jew-hating UN body that allows jihad and genocide to be preached in its schools. That speaks volumes. Nadia Shoufani, a Toronto teacher, was one of the speakers at the annual pro Iranian Islamic Al-Quds Day Rally in Toronto which was held on Saturday, July 2, 2016 in solidarity with the Palestinian people and in support of the call of Iranian regime to oppose Zionism and Israel’s right to exist.

A graduate of the American University of Beirut and a former employee at UNRWA, Shoufani is a teacher for Special Education, ESL, Literacy and Science at Dufferin-Peel District School Board. “Ms. Shoufani” is mentioned as a SERT/ESL teacher at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School in Mississauga. Nadia Shoufani is also affiliated with the Palestine Solidarity Movement and Actions4Palestine and is a director at the Arab Canadian Cultural Association.

In her speech at AL-Quds Day rally, Shoufani expressed her support of the Palestinian struggle “in any form possible” to liberate “all Palestine”, meaning the destruction of the State of Israel. The following are excerpts from Shoufani’s speech accompanied with CIJnews comments:

Nadia Shoufani: “Yesterday [July 1, 2016] the Israeli occupation forces shot dead, executed a 27 year oldwoman, a pregnant woman, killing her. That means killing two, two people, the woman and her baby. Hercousin Mohammad 17 year old, was executed the day before.”

CIJnews: The Palestinian pregnant woman Sarah Tarairah who was shot dead while committing a stabbing attack in an attempt to kill an Israeli policeman. “Her cousin Mohammad” is Mohammad Tarairah who was killed by Israeli forces after her broke into a house and stabbed a 13-year-old American-Israeli girl to death while she was sleeping.

Nadia Shoufani: “I urge you not to be silent. I urge you to speak up, to resist this occupation and support the steadfastness of Palestinians. Support the resistance in any form that is possible. I urge you to support the BDS, the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions against Israel…”

CIJnews: Since September 13, 2015 till July 3, 2016, the Palestinian al-Quds Intifada (“popular” struggle which includes terrorist attacks), also known as the Knife Intifada, claimed the life of 40 Israelis and 511 were injured in 155 stabbing attacks (including 76 attempted attacks), 96 shootings, 45 vehicular (ramming) attacks, one vehicle (bus) bombing and thousands incidents of firebombings and stone/rock throwing.

Nadia Shoufani: “Palestine will be liberated with your efforts. Glory to the martyrs. Victory, freedom to theprisoners and liberation for the Palestinians, all Palestinians From the river [Jordan River] to the sea [Mediterranean Sea] Palestine will be free.”

CIJnews: Who are the “Palestinian prisoners”? Most of the Palestinian prisoners were convicted of involvement in terrorist activities. This group includes among others suicide bombers captured alive, dispatchers of suicide bombers, mass murderers, leaders of terrorist organizations, terrorists who killed civilians and those who attempted or planned to kill civilians.

One of the so called “Palestinian political prisoners” is Abdullah al-Barghouthi (عبد الله البرغوثي), who was a leading commander of Hamas’ armed wing, the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, in the West Bank and was also one of the organization’s chief bomb makers (“engineer”).

Barghouthi was convicted of involvement in terror attacks that claimed many victims, including the suicide attacks in Café Moment and Sbarro in Jerusalem, the Sheffield Club in Rishon Lezion, and the bus 4 line in Tel Aviv. In total, Barghouti was responsible for the murder of 66 Israelis and the injury of some 500. In 2004 he was sentenced to 67 life sentences.

In his book “The Prince of Shadow” Abdullah al-Barghouthi tells the story of his life focusing on his role in masterminding the series of deadly terrorist attacks aimed at Israeli civilians.

The following are excerpts from his book (originally Arabic), that shed a light on the terrorist (“political”) nature of Barghouthi’s activities:

“One day when I stayed at the warehouse I [went] to pray the morning prayer at the village’s mosque and on my way back I noticed a white donkey, which had no tail because one of the teens set its tail on fire few months before. After the [second] Intifada broke out [September 2000] one of the teens wrote on its two sides [of the body] the words ‘death to [Israeli Prime Minister Ariel] Sharon’ and since that day the name of this donkey was Sharon’s donkey.

“An idea occurred to me and I went with it. I grabbed Sharon’s donkey and I went with the donkey to the warehouse, and from there I took one of the bobby-trapped cellular phones and rode on the donkey to a land lot owned by my father, which is located in a land in the outskirts of the village [most probably Beit Rima], which is planted with olive and almond trees, many many almond [trees].

“There I placed the [cellular] phone on the head of donkey ‘Sharon’ and I tied it tight. I dialed the [number of the] phone from another [cellular] phone and the line was automatically connected. After I moved away from the donkey Sharon, meaning Sharon’s donkey, I heard the sound of its breathing through the other [cellular] device which I had with me. I sent the command from my cellphone in order to blow other cellphone, and thus the head of the donkey Sharon was blown.

“That was the first live experiment I executed in Palestine, and thus Sharon became headless. In spite of the small size of the cellular phone the [explosive] material I planted inside it was very powerful, and even more powerful than necessary”….

In 2009 and 2010, lawyers working at the United States Justice Department warned top Obama political appointees and other Justice Department officials about the dangerous threats of New Black Panthers to kill police officers and other whites. I was one of those lawyers who delivered those warnings.

Our warnings came in the context of the Voting Rights Act case I and other lawyers brought against the New Black Panthers on behalf of the United States in 2009, a case the Obama administration ultimately abandoned.  Both top DOJ officials, including now Labor Secretary Tom Perez, as well as rank and file employees in the Civil Rights Division, were warned but did not take the New Black Panther threat seriously or otherwise considered the organization to be a laughable joke.

Allies in the media echoed the narrative that the defendants in the voter intimidation case were harmless clowns.

Among the information presented to top officials was a video produced by the New Black Panthers entitled “Training Day.” The video proposes killing police officers by ambush.  I wrote about the video:

As I wrote in my book Injustice: One of them was Panther “Field Marshal” Najee Muhammad, who is seen in a Panther video called “Training Day” in which he encourages blacks in DeKalb County, Georgia, to don ski masks, lie in wait behind shrubs, and kill police officers with AK-47s. Following that exhortation he mocks the hypothetical victims’ grieving widows.

Justice Department employees ridiculed the video and noted very few were in the video’s audience, apparently oblivious of the role and power of social media to reach people not sitting in an auditorium.

Attorneys working on the voter intimidation case made an effort to broadly educate employees of the Civil Rights Division about the murderous rhetoric of the New Black Panthers. We planned a screening of a National Geographic special on the New Black Panthers where members could be heard threatening to kill white babies.  We widely disseminated information about the screening in a Justice Department conference room.  On a floor with nearly one hundred employees, exactly two DOJ employees showed up to watch the screening, and one of them was the paralegal on the case.

As we shall see, Obama allies in the media could also be counted on to ridicule the seriousness of the New Black Panther organization.

The Obama Justice Department has also continued to give New Black Panthers who are in possession of illegal firearms a pass.  I wrote here about New Black Panther (and Democrat) Jerry Jackson:

Jackson has a long violent criminal history. He is also a Democratic Party elected official in Philadelphia, not that those two facts have anything in common, of course. He was elected in May 2010 to a seat on the Philadelphia Democratic City Committee in the 14th Ward. … It is illegal under federal law (18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1)) for any felon to possess a firearm. As one federal prosecutor told me, “these cases are among the simplest to win. It’s like taking candy from a baby. Did a felon hold a gun, or not? Period. It matters not if the gun was loaded, or even works.”  So, is the Democrat New Black Panther Jerry Jackson indeed a felon?  . . . According to this criminal complaint, in 1978, Jackson “with another black man did stab and rob comp[lainant] on the highway 4024 W. Girard Ave. . . Charged: robbery, theft, possession of an instrument of a crime, probation offense with a weapon, criminal conspiracy, simple assault and aggravated assault.” On January 10, 1979, Jackson was sentenced for robbery and criminal conspiracy convictions, both first degree felonies under Pennsylvania law.

The Justice Department surely must be aware of the fact that Jackson and other New Black Panthers are felons in possession of firearms given the attention the matter has received. I have talked about this fact on Fox News repeatedly.  Yet nothing has happened to them.  Is it because, like Hillary, they are Democrats?

Bob Price has this piece: Confirmed: Dallas Shooter was Member of Houston New Black Panther Party.  The story has a disturbing video of an armed New Black Panther march in Texas where the armed uniformed panthers chant  – “Off the pig,” and “Oink, oink, bang, bang.”  They also note “Revolution has come. Time to pick up the gun.”  The piece states:

One of the members holding an AR-15 style rifle appears to be Micah Xavier Johnson.  During the march, the armed members of the New Black Panther Party stood off against Harris County Sheriff’s Deputies who came to Waller County responding to a request for assistance from Sheriff Glenn Smith

You can see the full video here of the Houston New Black Panthers armed formation and chants to “off the pig” with the individual armed with an M-16 with his finger positioned above the trigger guard as someone trained in firearms would do.

Since the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panthers was dismissed in 2009, racial violence in the country has spiked – on the streets of Baltimore, Dallas and cities in between.  A phalanx of sycophantic media have done all they can to decouple the violence from the Black Lives Matter movement.  No amount of snark or spin can decouple the violent rhetoric chanted at Black Lives Matter rallies from the violence that has followed.  Americans watching on TV have ears.

The Black Lives Matter movement lost whatever moral authority it had on the streets of Dallas this week.

But that won’t stop the smart set from keeping the movement going.  It reminds me of all the bloggers and columnists who spent so much time back in 2009 and 2010 ridiculing me, Megyn Kelly and any discussion of the New Black Panthers as a comic minstrel act.

That’s precisely what race-guilt addled Dave Weigel called it in the Atlantic: Megyn Kelly’s Minstrel Show.  “No one cares what the NBPP thinks about anything,” Weigel quipped.  “This is minstrelsy, with a fringe moron set up like a bowling pin for Hannity to knock down. And that’s the role the NBPP plays on Fox, frequently.”

Too bad Dave Weigel didn’t care a bit more about what the New Black Panthers thought about killing cops.  Instead of giving rhetorical cover to the gangsters, we should have had a healthy discussion about the existence of violent black racism.

But Weigel was giving no quarter back in 2010.  We were fools to devote air time to the New Black Panthers.  Megyn Kelly was making monsters out of clowns.  Weigel:

Watch her broadcasts and you become convinced that the New Black Panthers are a powerful group that hate white people and operate under the protection of Eric Holder’s DOJ.  …  They’ve been driven to fear and distrust of their DOJ by round-the-clock videos of one racist idiot brandishing a nightstick for a couple hours in 2008.

Will they admit their mistake now that one “racist idiot brandishing a nightstick” has become a racist monster with a high powered rifle and body armor? Based on what I know about this crowd, I doubt it.  They are better at doubling down than expressing contrition.

It wasn’t just Weigel.  The esteemed Clarence Page wrote at the Chicago Tribune the New Black Panther “party’s membership could probably squeeze into a small SUV.”  Hopefull Clarence watches the video linked in this story.

That’s how they ridiculed the whole affair – make them crazy, make them small, make them harmless and make them clownish.

Bill Maher attacked anyone talking about the New Black Panthers:

Look, Republicans, I know this picture from Election Day 2008 scared you.  . . . And now it’s two years later, and that picture still scares you. . . . But, it’s time you understood something: every black person scares you unless they look like Urkel, talk like Colin Powell and wear Bill Cosby sweaters, you fill your adult diaper.

A lie, but that’s how these people roll when it comes to race.  Alex Pareene at Salon criticized the coverage of the New Black Panthers because they “were a couple of clowns.”  The racialist Adam Serwer at least increased their membership to a “bunch of clowns.”

All of this snark is because the existence of threatening violent black racism must never be discussed in sophisticated circles.

When voter intimidation lawsuits are brought against an organization that produces “Training Day” videos describing how to ambush and kill cops, it is important to write it off as a couple of cranks.  When a New Black Panther member threatens to kill white babies, that certainly must be a single nut.  Surely uniformed black racists with weapons at polling sites couldn’t violate the Voting Rights Act of 1965.  Anyone who would say otherwise can’t be taken seriously.

The truth is that everyone is fallen and imperfect, both black and white and every race in between.  The law is designed to protect everyone equally.

Pay close attention to whether people like Maher and Page continue to use their talents to excuse evil.  If they feel comfortable holding their course after Dallas and attacking anyone who would dare discuss the problem, it will say a great deal about where we are headed as as nation.

Facebook has refused to remove a graphic image depicting a policeman having his throat slit, reports the Daily Mail.

The picture, posted on “Black Panther Party of Mississippi,” a Facebook page frequented by the Dallas shooter, Micah Xavier Johnson, was reported to the social network by a concerned user. But Facebook refused to take the image down.

In a response to the user, Facebook said the picture did not violate their policies. “We reviewed the post you reported for promoting graphic violence and found it doesn’t violate our Community Standards” said the social network in their reply.

Facebook does not have a blanket ban on violent images, as they are sometimes used in news reporting. However, its community standards do prohibit images that are shared for “sadistic pleasure or to celebrate or glorify violence.”

This unquestionably captures the image that was posted to the Black Panther page, but the social network has yet to take action. At the time of writing, the image remains hosted on the platform.

According to the Daily Mail, Dallas shooter and black supremacist Micah Xavier Johnson posted to the same Facebook page several times before his deadly attacks in Texas.

‘Why do so many whites (not all) enjoy killing and participating in the death of innocent beings,’ he wrote above a video of what appeared to be people participating in a whale-killing.

In the disjointed July 2 post, Johnson expressed anger over lynchings of black people and ‘our ancestors’ being beaten, mutilated and killed.

‘Then they all stand around and smile while their picture is taken with a hung, burned and brutalized black person,’Johnson, 25, wrote.

‘They even go to our homeland and shoot our endangered wildlife for sport.’

Facebook has also allowed the creation of a fan page dedicated to Xavier Johnson to be set up following the Dallas shootings. Set up yesterday, the page accumulated over 600 “likes” from users in just three hours. It now stands at over 1,350 “likes.”

Facebook’s unwillingness to suspend pages and users promoting black supremacy and anti-police violence bears a stark contrast to their willingness so suspend conservatives. In the wake of the Orlando shootings, the social network leaped to ban pages run by Islam critic Pamela Geller, only restoring them after media pressure. The social network also suspended the pages of two gun stores shortly after the Orlando attacks.

HOUSTON, Texas – Micah X. Johnson was a member of the Houston New Black Panther Party for a short period of time. He was reported to be a member for about six months a few years ago.

Quanell X told reporters at KPRC NBC2 in Houston that Johnson was a member of the Houston Chapter of the New Black Panther Party for a short time a few years ago. He said he parted ways with Johnson after about six months because Johnson would not follow the chain of command.

During negotiations with the Dallas Police Department Friday morning during the ambush shooting that left five officers dead and seven other people shot, Johnson said he was not part of any group. He stated he wanted to kill white people and white police officers.

As head of the Houston Chapter, Quanell X said Johnson was only a member for about six months. He did not say when that affiliation began or ended. Breitbart Texas has reached out to Quanell X for clarification. No response was immediately available.
