An IDF officer and a second soldier were wounded Tuesday night in a quadruple bomb attack at the Hizme checkpoint, while an hour later five more bombs were defused by IDF sappers.

The IED (improvised explosive device) were detonated by terrorists as the officer was searching a suspicious package planted on the road at the entrance to the checkpoint.

Two pipe bombs were discovered attached to a gas canister shortly after that initial bombing attack, according to local sources. The Adam junction was evacuated for the safety of everyone in the area.

Sappers then discovered five more additional bombs as well, including that which was tied up with the gas canister. The bomb squad carefully worked on dismantling all five bombs at the site.

The IDF officer, meanwhile, was evacuated to Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center with serious face and upper body wounds, according to Magen David Adom medics on the scene. The victim sustained head and facial wounds but was fully conscious.

A second soldier was in stable condition after sustaining shrapnel wounds in the leg. He too was treated at the scene before he was evacuated for further treatment.

The Hizme checkpoint is located near the northern Jerusalem neighborhood of Pisgat Ze’ev, not far from the Jewish community of Adam.

WATCH: UK Jewish Deli Hit by Arson Attack Days Before Grand Opening

A newly refurbished Jewish deli and bakery has been targeted in an arson attack in Manchester just days before its grand opening. The owners, who captured the attack on CCTV, say “Asian youths” may have been involved in the incident.

Two men were filmed breaking into the deli by smashing through the glass front door and dousing the fittings and floor with petrol before setting the fire from the bathroom. According to the time code on the footage, the attack took place at 11.15 on Friday night, as the Jewish owners, Amos and Martine Vaisman, were celebrating Shabbat, the Jewish Sabbath.

In what the Vaisman’s are describing as a ‘miracle’, the premises suffered little damage despite being engulfed in flames.

Posting footage of the attack to Facebook, Mr Vaisman said: “We have clear footage of the criminals involved and additional footage of them sending a group of Asian boys to go and buy petrol from the local garage. We hope to find out very soon who is behind such an evil disgusting criminal act with constant information seeping through.”

In a message aimed at the attackers, he added: “Your attempts to inflict destruction failed. Good has overcome evil.

“WE HOPE to be ready to open to trade tomorrow.”

The Weismans had just completed a £100,000 refurbishment of the premises and were due to hold the grand opening of the new deli on Monday, taking out a large advert in a local paper to promote the event.

Martine Vaizman told the Manchester Evening News: “It is a miracle there wasn’t more damage done.

“We were observing Shabbat and so our phones were off. When my husband Amos turned his back on we got a notification telling us that the alarm had gone off.

“When we got to the restaurant we couldn’t work out what had happened, but then we looked at the CCTV. It is horrific, we have no idea who could have done this.

“The fire has caused thousands of pounds worth of damage and we don’t know when we’re going to be able to relaunch now. We just spent months and months getting set for the new opening – we’ve redeveloped the whole building. It’s just awful.

“We don’t know if they are going to strike again or what’s going to happen. I just hope that whoever did this is caught as soon as possible.”

The CCTV footage has been passed to Manchester Police, who have confirmed that they have launched an investigation into the attack. CCTV footage from around the location is also being collected and reviewed.

The attack comes amid heightened concerns of anti-Semitism thanks in part to a number of prominent Labour Party figures having been suspended from the party in recent weeks over allegations of anti-Semitism. The party is holding an independent inquiry into anti-Semitism within its ranks.

According to the Community Security Trust, a Jewish organisation which monitors anti-Semitism, a quarter of all anti-Semitic attacks in 2015 took place in Manchester, home to Britain’s second largest Jewish community.

Separate research by the Campaign Against Anti-Semitism found that: “2015 saw the most anti-Semitic crime ever recorded in Britain, with a 26 percent rise in anti-Semitic crime and a 51 percent leap in violence against Jews, but a reduction in the number of anti-Semites charged by police.”

Moderate” Jordan REFUSES to extradite Paris kosher restaurant jihad slaughterers

These are the “moderate Muslims” everyone points to as the “answer” to the jihad movement in Islam. I say what’s the difference? One acts the other enables.

There would be a bloody revolt in the Muslims world if Jordan didn’t allow the Muslim terrorists behind the attack to walk free. Islamic Jew hatred – it’s in the Quran.

“Jordan won’t extradite Paris kosher restaurant attack suspects,” INN, Feb 10,  2016:(thanks to Lookman):

French terror victims’ group ‘astounded’ as Jordanian gov’t uses technicality to allow terrorists behind 1982 attack to walk free.

Jordan has rejected an extradition request from France for two suspects accused of carrying out a 1982 deadly attack on a Jewish restaurant in Paris, a judicial source said Wednesday.

The alleged mastermind of the attack, which killed six people and wounded 22 others, Zuhair Mohamad al-Abassi, 62, was arrested in Jordan last year.

The request was rejected because at the time of his arrest an extradition deal between Jordan and France had not entered into force, the source said.

The deal was signed in 2011 but became effective only in July last year, after Abassi, also known as Amjad Atta, was released on bail.

Jordan has also refused to hand over a second suspect, Nizar Tawfiq Hamada, 54, because the statute of limitations concerning the criminal allegations against him expired, the source said.

The decision was taken in October, four months after French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius urged Jordan to “respect international procedure” by extraditing Abbasi and Hamada.

David Pere, a lawyer for the AFVT association that represents French victims of terrorism, said he was “astounded” by the Jordanian decision.

“We were expecting the Jordanian authorities to send a strong message in the fight against terrorism,” Pere said.

He said Amman’s decision not to extradite the pair was a “political” one aimed at “keeping social peace in Jordan.”

A French judiciary source said Paris was “not surprised” by the decision.

The attack on the Chez Jo Goldenberg Jewish restaurant – in the popular Marais district of Paris – began around midday on August 9, 1982 when a grenade was tossed into the dining room.

Two men then entered the restaurant, which had around 50 customers inside, and opened fire with “WZ-63” Polish-made machine guns. They also shot at passers-by as they escaped.

Between three and five men are thought to have taken part in the attack, which was blamed on the Palestinian terrorist group Fatah Revolutionary Council, also known as the Abu Nidal Organization.

Two other suspects have been named as Mahmoud Khader Abed Adra, alias Hicham Harb, who lives in Ramallah in Samaria, and Walid Abdulrahman Abu Zayed, alias Souhail Othman, a resident of Norway.

11-year Black youth in Brooklyn charged with arson and a hate crime after caught on surveillance video setting fire to Jewish school bus

BUT IS HE A MUSLIM? 11-year-old Black youth in Brooklyn charged with arson and a hate crime after caught on surveillance video setting fire to Jewish school bus

Source: BARE NAKED ISLAM

An 11-year-old boy is facing hate crime charges after authorities say he set a Yeshiva (Jewish) school bus on fire in Crown Heights in Brooklyn, but we’ll probably never find out his name or religion because of his age. Four of his accomplices have not yet been apprehended.

NY Daily News  (h/t Susan K) The suspect and 4 friends were caught by security cameras (first video below) setting fire to a Jewish school bus in Brooklyn — the neighborhood’s third anti-Semitic incident in four days, police sources said on Monday.

Police say the adolescent and four other boys, ranging in age from 10 to 15, set the Yeshiva bus ablaze on Brooklyn Ave. near Lefferts Ave. in Crown Heights shortly before 6 p.m. Sunday, authorities said. Security video, obtained by the website CrownHeights.Info, shows the five children running into the bus with pieces of cardboard. Flames appear towards the front of the bus within seconds as the kids pile out.

Within minutes, thick black smoke engulfs the yellow bus, which was parked outside Beth Rivkah, a private girls school, the second video (below) shows.

Neighborhood residents said they were saddened to hear that a hate crime may have been perpetrated by such young boys. “It’s terrible,” said Chani Klein, a parent at the school. “I’d like to see these kids get some help.”

“I don’t know why they would do that. Maybe they were just bored, or maybe it really was about (Muslim?) hate. Either way they blew up a bus. They need help,” she said. The 11-year-old was charged with criminal mischief as a hate crime and arson as a hate crime. Cops are searching for the other four boys.

The bus, which is not clearly marked for Yeshiva transportation, is owned an operated by BSD Trans Corp. Leon Yavich, who owns the company, said he was not ready to suggest the children were motivated by hate (What were they motivated by – love?).

“I am not going to jump the gun and accuse these kids of a hate crime,” said Yavich, 54, who is Hasidic (fundamentalist Jewish idiot). “I will not accuse them of a hate crime simply for the fact that I have not spoken to them,” he said. (Well, DUH! The bus is clearly sitting in front of a Jewish school where the Hebrew writing on the sign is clearly visible)

Police sources said another Jewish school bus was targeted less than a mile away from the fire scene on Thursday. The bus driver told police he was driving down Eastern parkway when someone hurled a brick at it, shattering the driver side mirror around 2:25 p.m. near Albany Ave., the sources said.

Then on Friday, a Jewish man reported to cops that a 13-year-old boy began shooting rubber bands at him at about the same time and location from the day earlier. When the man confronted the teen, the boy punched him in the face, according to the sources. Despite the punches, the man managed to grab the teen and hold on until police officers arrived, cop sources said.

As of Sunday, there had been 110 hate-crimes across the city, an uptick from 91 such crimes when compared to the same time period in 2015. Of those crimes, 46 were anti-Semitic so far this year, up from 42 in the same time span in 2015.

Iran claims to successfully test missile that can reach Israel

senior Iranian general on Monday announced that the country’s armed forces successfully tested a precision-guided, medium-range ballistic missile two weeks ago, the state-run Tasnim agency reported.

“We test-fired a missile with a range of 2,000 kilometers and a margin of error of eight meters,” Brigadier General Ali Abdollahi was quoted as saying at a Tehran science conference.

The eight-meter margin means the “missile enjoys zero error,” he told conference participants.

The general went on to say that 10 percent of Iran’s defense budget has been allocated to “research projects aimed at strengthening defense power,” the report said.

Under a nuclear deal signed last year between world powers and Iran, ballistic missile tests are not forbidden outright, but are “not consistent” with a United Nations Security Council resolution from July 2015, US officials say.

According to the UN decision, “Iran is called upon not to undertake any activity related to ballistic missiles designed to be capable of delivering nuclear weapons, including launches using such ballistic missile technology,” until October 2023.

That has not stopped Iran from carrying out a number of tests of ballistic missile technology since the nuclear deal was adopted on October 18, 2015.

In November, Iran launched a missile with a range of 1,930 kilometers (1,200 miles) from a site near the Gulf of Oman, US officials said at the time.

In March, Iran test-fired two more ballistic missiles, which an Iranian news agency said had the phrase “Israel must be wiped out” written on them in Hebrew. An Iranian commander said the test was designed to demonstrate to Israel that it is within Iranian missile range.

That launch sparked international fury as it appeared to flout the agreements made in the Iranian nuclear deal.

The US, France, Britain and Germany decried the launch as “destabilizing and provocative” and called for United Nations action. A UN committee later determined Iran’s ballistic tests were in violation of a Security Council resolution prohibiting Tehran from launching ballistic missiles capable of delivering nuclear weapons.

Last month, American and Russian officials said Iran test-fired an advanced rocket system in the Dasht-e Kavir desert, in what some considered a cover for intercontinental ballistic missile research.

Israel has pointed to ballistic missile tests as proof Tehran plans to continue pursuing an atomic weapon, despite the landmark agreement aimed at curbing its nuclear program.

In response to the missile tests, Washington imposed fresh sanctions over Iran’s missile program in January, almost immediately after lifting separate sanctions related to Iran’s nuclear program under the nuclear deal.

Iran maintains that because it cannot develop nuclear weapons under the deal, none of its missiles is capable of carrying a nuclear weapon.

Israeli Police Issue New Guideline: ‘Beware of Attacks with Poisoned Syringes’

The Judea and Samaria Police District is concerned about a new kind of Arab terrorism, using poison-filled syringes against Israeli security personnel, Walla reported Monday. Police base their concern on an attempted attack a week and a half ago, in which an Arab female, 15, tried to stab soldiers with a syringe that was filled with detergents.

A police intelligence report disseminated last Thursday notes that two syringes had been discovered in the possession of two 15-year-old Arab females, one of whom was wielding hers when they arrived at the check post near Beit Horon, on route 443 (an alternative to Highway 1, connecting Tel Aviv and Jerusalem). In view of the new development, the police called on every last officer to remain alert to the possibility of the use of syringes in attacks and conduct body searches with that possibility in mind.

The female who had wielded the syringe was shot and wounded, and her friend was arrested without injury to Israeli security forces. Both females, residents of Ramallah, also had in their possession knives and a letter with citations from the Koran. In their interrogation, both confessed to a desire to kill Jews. Police believe the substance in their syringes was a combination of bathroom cleaner and dish liquid.

The Judea and Samaria Police District report mentions a 2015 Facebook post by the Commission on Information and ideological Mobilization – Fatah calling on Arab terrorists to use syringes full of poison instead of knives, because “it’s a more efficient and deadly method than using a knife.”

The Fatah-affiliated group’s post recommends that, “in light of the installation of metal detectors at the entrances to Jerusalem to prevent the use of knives, there is a new and simple method — using syringes with firewater, such as benzene or any other poisonous substance.”

However, until the publication of the story in Walla Monday morning, there has been only that one reported instance of an attempted attack with a poisoned syringe.

Stay tuned.

Jewish Travelers Separated and Removed from British Airline in Barcelona

A group of Jewish families that included elderly people, pregnant women and children were taken off an EasyJet passenger plane in Barcelona waiting to depart for Paris, according to a report on the European Jewish Press.

One of the passengers, a Holocaust survivor, said the behavior of police who came to take the travelers off the flight was similar to that of the German Nazi SS police during World War II.

The families were removed after the plane had been sitting on the tarmac for more than two hours, waiting for departure. Many of the Jewish men were wearing kippahs, making them clearly identifiable.

They were returning home to Paris after having spent the Passover holiday in Spain, but were removed from the flight by armed Spanish police officers.

Despite the fact that the British-owned EasyJet flight was en route to Paris from Barcelona, the flight attendant chose to speak only Spanish when she told the Jewish group they were being removed from the flight.

When they asked her to speak in French, she declined, saying she could not speak a word in French or English.

One of the Jewish passengers, a 15-year-old boy, tried to use sign language, motioning with his hands to ask what was going on. In response the flight attendance called the Spanish Guardia Civil Police, a passenger told JPUdates.

Another passenger, Franck Ben, described the nightmare in a French-language Facebook post, saying he and others felt like they were being treated like terrorists.

Ben said the police wanted to take away the teenager who had tried to communicate with hand gestures, but his mother intervened and would not allow him to be taken without her coming along.

Police then took all the Jewish passengers from the aircraft and placed them under tight security in the gate area without air conditioning.

Six hours later, they were allowed to board another aircraft, Ben recounted, adding that the staff had changed and included a French-speaking flight attendant.

But the harassment had not yet ended: police attempted to arrest a 22-year-old woman when the group began boarding the aircraft. The woman’s mother begged the police to let her go.

Ben wrote that police would not allow her to board until she first erased all her videos and photos recording their experience at the departure area where they were held.

A spokesperson for the British-based EasyJet airline confirmed the veracity of the incident.

“We would like to apologize to customers for the inconvenience and the delay,” the spokesperson said in a statement. “The safety and well-being of passengers and crew is always EasyJet’s priority.”

Police were called, the statement added, “due to a group of passengers behaving in a disruptive manner.” JPUpdates asked the airline about the allegations of the families regarding their separation due to their faith.

The response of the airline’s spokesperson is illuminating: “All of our staff are carefully selected and undergo a rigorous training program to maintain our high level of customer care. To confirm, we have a zero tolerance towards discrimination of any kind.”

EasyJet is a British low-cost airline based at London Luton Airport. It may be of interest to note that Luton’s Labour councillor Aaysegul Gurbuz, 20, was suspended last month over claims that she called Adolf Hitler ‘the greatest man in history,’ according to the April 9, 2016 edition of the UK’s Daily Mail newspaper.

Gurbuz is accused of posting a number of anti-Semitic tweets between 2011 and 2014, including one in 2013 that said ‘the Jews are so powerful in the U.S. It’s disgusting.’

Gurbuz resigned two days later.

This will be over with a moslim major with terrorist tie’s ?

As usual, the media fail to provide a description of the attackers.  Perhaps some British BNI readers can tell us what the ethnic make-up of the East London neighborhood of Newham is?

Yisro’el Shalom, victim

UK Express  (h/t Brenda K) A devastated dad has been forced to abandon his Newham home after being beaten up 30 times in three years for ‘being Jewish’.

As an anti-Semitism debate rages in the Labour party, 52-year-old Yisro’el Shalom says he was forced to flee the community of Newham, east London after racist thugs turned his life into a living nightmare. Mr Shalom, a widower, has spoken out after years of torment led him to take drastic action.

Catalogue of incidents he kept track of in just a three year period include:

  • Death threats that left him fearing for his life
  • Sinister Nazi symbols including swastikas daubed on his home
  • Being physically attacked 30 times, including being punched and kicked by five yobs on the floor
  • Verbal abuse in the street some 65 times
  • Being spat at in the street at least 42 times.

And he says that anti-Semitism is turning parts of the UK into ‘NO GO” areas reminiscent of those in France where Jewish people are hunted and attacked based purely on their religious beliefs.

London mayor Ken Livingstone and Bradford West MP Naz Shah were suspended from the Labour party for remarks about Israel that sparked outrage.

“I’ve got good friends and neighbours living there that I haven’t seen in over a year since I left because I can’t go back there,” said Shalom. “When you see these things, we are at the beginning of what we said ‘never again’ to 70 years ago.”

Shockingly Mr Shalom was forced to wear a stab-proof vest in a bid to protect himself – as well as turning his former home into a fortress with a metal gate and iron bars over his window. Originally from Aberdeen, Mr Shalom, who was once a comedian, says he has been deliberately targeted by evil thugs who covered his home with Nazi-inspired graffiti.

A Met Police spokesman said: “We will not tolerate hate crime and take positive action to investigate all allegations, support victims and arrest offenders. The number of anti-Semitic crimes reported in Newham has doubled in the last year.

In a lecture posted on the Internet on March 21, Egyptian-German scholar Hamed Abdel-Samad said that the Prophet Muhammad had lowered the Jews to a “subhuman level, viewing them as animals,” and he compared the treatment of the Jews in the years following Muhammad’s death to that of the Nazis.

“This hatred is poisoning us” and “preventing us from dealing with our problems in a serious way,” said Abdel-Samad, adding that “instead of poisoning one generation after another with this hatred, we should let them learn something from humanity,” in order to enable them to “overcome the barrier of hatred and of fear of the other.” The lecture is titled “Islamic Fascism and the Jews.”

Today, Abdel-Samad lives in Munich, where he is married to a Danish woman and works for the Institute for Jewish History and Culture at the University of Munich. The title of the doctoral dissertation he is currently writing is: “The Portrayal of Jews in Egyptian Schoolbooks.”

In light of the deteriorating security situation on the security border with Gaza, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Thursday decided to call an emergency Cabinet meeting to set policy for the volatile region.

Netanyahu called a Cabinet meeting for Thursday evening to be attended by IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eizenkot, but later the meeting was postponed to Friday morning.

In the meeting, ministers and security officials are to try and hash out a policy for IDF activities on the Gaza security border as it heats up.

Shortly afterward the call for the meeting, Khalil al-Haya, a senior Hamas politburo member, claimed that a truce to end the current outbreak of fighting on the Gaza border has been reached with Israel, thanks to the help of Egypt, Qatar and the UN.

The statement comes despite the fact that a ceasefire is currently supposed to be in effect after having been reached between Israel and the Hamas terrorist organization in August 2014, ending Operation Protective Edge.

Three separate Hamas mortar attacks were launched at roughly two hour intervals by Gazan terrorists on IDF soldiers near the security border in southern Gaza on Thursday.

A mortar shell was launched at the soldiers around 7 p.m.; fortunately no one was wounded.

Roughly two hours earlier two mortars rounds were fired by the terrorists, likewise wounding no one. The IDF responded to the two with tank fire.

The Israeli Air Force (IAF) then responded to the mortars by launching airstrikes in southern Gaza. At least four Hamas terror targets were said to be hit in the strikes.

According to Palestinian media a Gazan woman was killed in the Israeli response.

The first mortar attack of the day came as two mortar shells were fired at soldiers working near the border to unearth Hamas’s terror tunnel network, which runs underneath the border to facilitate attacks inside sovereign Israeli territory.

Thursday’s attacks followed at least six mortar attacks in the previous two days, but the terrorists were unable to prevent Israel from unearthing a new Hamas terror tunnel on Thursday morning.

In yet another blow to the terrorists it was revealed on Thursday that a senior Hamas terrorist was captured by Israel, and he revealed extensive information regarding the terror tunnels.
