It is a very good made historical movie about the first republic in the world , Holland .
In the movie are all the sea battles fought by the republic to stay free of the european kingdoms, like England, France etc .

Also it handles the treason for power from inside and how Holland lost his republic to the kingdom of orange .
Watch the movie and perhaps you will see that there is not much changed.
It is a big part of european history as it is a part of the USA history.
And it is really a good watch ( flick ) i recommend this movie highly .
