this documentary makes no mention of other key elemnts of this war. there was the air force elemnet. In the earlier stages, the IAF absorbed massive punishment from Surface to Air Missile batteries. Israeli infantry, I believe, had to neutralize the SAM batteries by capturing them. I do recall seeing, myself, at the Rosh Pina Junction, endless columns of captured Syrian equipment being driven into Israel. Included in this war booty were many towed SAM 6 and SAM 7 batteries. Then there was the battle atop Mount Hermon. The Israeli intelligence gathering installation atop Mont Hermon had been captured, and it’s soldiers slaughtered. Israeli commandos assaulted this position, after IAF aircraft, flying sortie after sortie, had softened it up, I’m sure there was more, but I mention the things that I had limited exposure to. At the time, I was a volunteer at Kibbutz Maayan Baruch, on the border with Lebanon, approximately 10 kilometers east from Kiryat Shmona.

It’s a show only about tanks.
No mention of the Navy’s historic victory at Latakia. The first Naval missile battle in the world…
