US Ambassador to Israel tells Israel Radio that Obama, Netanyahu agree the best approach to preventing a nuclear Iran is through “diplomatic processes”; says “we will demand that real steps be taken”.

US Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro on Monday told Israel Radio’s “Good Morning” talk show that Israel and the US have the same goals in regards to Iran’s nuclear program.

“I think the two leaders (Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and US President Barack Obama) agree on the main goal, and that is to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons,” Shapiro said from New York.

There has been a wide spread debate internally both in Israel and the US as to the appropriate means that must be used to stop Iran from developing nuclear weapons. While some politicians prefer a military strike, others support diplomatic means.

“Both (Obama and Netanyahu) agree that it’s better to solve the issue through diplomatic processes,” Shapiro stated.

The ambassador hailed the “unprecedented” cooperation between Jerusalem and Washington for sharing information on Tehran’s nuclear program.

Though Shapiro’s words seemed to support US Secretary of State John Kerry’s optimistic view of a US-Iran deal in the near future, he warned that real steps must be taken before easing sanctions on the Islamic Republic.

“What is important is that we will demand that real steps be taken before we embarking in a new direction of economic sanctions,” he said.

Shapiro added that these steps would lay the groundwork for a significant agreement to  ensure that Iran does not obtain nuclear weapons.

Netanyahu and Obama were set to meet Monday to discuss regional issues including Syria, Iran and the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian peace negotiations.

Despite Shapiro’s assertion that Netanyahu supports diplomatic means to resolve the Iran issue, the premier has been outspoken about his mistrust of the government in Tehran.

He has called on the world not to be fooled by Iran’s so-called moderate President Hassan Rouhani who has delivered apparent shifted tones in his overtures directed at the West.

Yes, and the world will be filled with flowers and rainbows…all will be right with the world…..what kind of drugs is Obama taking anyway?

The US and Israel have similar goals but not obavez and Israel.

  3. “Obama and Netanyahu are on the same page”

As an idiom, it may mean one thing, but what Netanyahu sees on that page is:

The settlement of the Czechoslovakian problem, which has now been achieved is, in my view, only the prelude to a larger settlement in which all Europe may find peace. This morning I had another talk with the German Chancellor, Herr Hitler, and here is the paper which bears his name upon it as well as mine. Some of you, perhaps, have already heard what it contains but I would just like to read it to you: ‘ … We regard the agreement signed last night and the Anglo-German Naval Agreement as symbolic of the desire of our two peoples never to go to war with one another again.

Surprisingly, even the date fits – September 30!

We hope influential people will discuss with Bibi of the consequences of giving more time to Iran to pretend to comply with the world and promise not to build any nuclear weapons of any kind.

Either the nice people negotiating with Iran are blind or have low intelligence, As you guys might have heard this expression or some variation of this expression:

    1) Insanity is doing the same thing in the same way & expecting a different outcome.
    Attributed as Chinese Proverb

    2) Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
    Attributed To Albert Einstein

Obviously the goal of avoiding war is a very good goal, but that is only possible if there are honest negotiators. The Iranian Islamic dictatorship that took over Iran has tortured, enslaved and impoverished the good regular Iranians, and has lied to the world for the last 20 or more years to the world about its nuclear program.

Who can be truthful and honest that after 20 + years of lying about its nuclear program, that now all of a sudden, magically the Islamic Iranian government is telling the truth, and they will be good and honest.

The only reason some of Irans secretive nuclear enrichment facilities were exposed was because some very brave spies who risked their lives, and their families and friends lives, worked together and discovered those secretive nuclear enrichment facilities, it wasn’t because the Islamic Iranian government decided to be good and honest.

You guys, if the other Muslim countries don’t believe Iran, then why should anyone else, just because Iran pretends to be honest this time, and says to the world that they all of a sudden will be magically honest now after 20 + years of lying and deception.

If the other Muslim countries don’t believe Iran, and they don’t see the world or anyone taking action against Iran, then the other Muslim countries will also develop nuclear power and also nuclear weapons, or buy nuclear weapons, and then we will have nuclear terrorist suicide murderer bombers, that will make the world and Israel a living nightmare.

As you guys have read about the Iranian spy that was caught finally, but has been in Israel a few different times and spied on places in Israel, then some nuclear equipped suicide bombers will also get thru even if some get caught.

Terrorists have already been caught smuggling nuclear weapons level material that has been surgically implanted in their bodies, with Irans new knowledge and other Muslim countries getting the knowledge, and little modifications, the terrorists can now become living walking nuclear bombs.

And we cannot trust Obama and some parts of the US Gov., because they are the ones who have been leaking info. about different Israeli attack ideas on Iran, to the world and Iran. Who can trust someone who was a friend when that friend has decided to leak many very important military strategic ideas that Israel had.

So please everybody email your friends and acquaintances’ to email these news websites, and Gov. websites and hope that one or more of them will have the courage to write that if:

Maybe some people can put this message or a similar message on YouTube so everyone can see it, because we don’t know how to do it.

and or by emailing, facebooking, twittering maybe we can at least get the message out to as much of the public as possible, so whoever does a preemptive attack on Irans nuclear facilities all the known ones and the secretive ones, then then much of the world might have a better understanding of the foolishness of wasting time talking to the lying Islamic Gov of Iran that has been lying for the last 20+ years, and thinking that magically they are telling the truth now. THANK YOU, SMILEY 🙂

EVERYONE HAS OUR PERMISSION TO EDIT AND IMPROVE THIS LETTER IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM AS LONG AS ITS MESSAGE IS TO STOP IRAN FROM HAVING ANY NUCLEAR MATERIAL IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM IN ANY AMOUNTS, OR FORCIBLY REMOVE IT.
