White House: No justification for Hamas violence

The White House says the US strongly condemns the barrage of rocket fire from Gaza into Israel and regrets the loss of life.

Spokesman Jay Carney says there is “no justification” for the violence perpetrated by Hamas and other terrorist organizations. And he called on those responsible to immediately stop the “cowardly acts.” (AP)

Somehow, I don’t think that Hamas will care whether we think they are cowards or not. I certainly hope that if things get real ugly our President will stand for what is right. Not too long ago he said that he would not support Israel if they chose to go to war with Iran…many of us Americans were very upset by this, as we believe to not stand with God’s firstborn is to bring hell upon our nation. The Christians in the U.S. love and pray for Israel all the time. I hope our nation will do what is right.
