Will the triumvirate attack?

Israel Hayom | Will the triumvirate attack?.

From Washington to Tehran, officials wonder if the Mofaz-Netanyahu-Barak union will expedite an Israeli attack on Iran or restrain it • Does the new coalition mean that broad political and public support is being prepared for a showdown with the mullahs?

  1. Yoav Limor writes: “The only reasons behind Netanyahu’s and Mofaz’s decision to establish a unity government were political (Mofaz feared decimation at the polls, Netanyahu feared being extorted by small parties). The time to decide on Iran has not yet arrived.”

    This is nonsense . Yoav Limor apparently does not get the magnitude of the Iranian threat. He just does not understand that Israel does not have any other choice, therefore the choice has already been made and a unity government is the step in that direction Fortunately, Charles Krauthammer does get it and he as written a brilliant article in the Washington Post :
    Echoes of ‘67: Israel unites

    Yoav Limor should have a better understanding of what scholars of Islam think about the Iranian threat:

    Completely agree with you, sir. By the way, Yoav Limor was an Army reporter and, after the Arutz Ehad ( The public channel in Israel ) had enough of him ” send ” him to Arutz Shtaiim ( the commercial channel ) where he found himself together with some other ” refugees ”. The strategy vision was never his strong point.

    Spot on as ever Mladen. All I can say about Yoav Limor’s opinion is;

    Oy vey….

    I’m looking forward to reading the links you’ve provided and allow me to return the favour:

    It’s not everyone’s cup of tea but for the sake of accuracy ought to be read. I came across it when I Googled “hebrew word for jihad.”
