    After 13 years sanction, we will snap back sanctions if they are cheating again !

    Because it works so well the first time , ho wait a moment did i hear Hanoi Kerry saying that the sanction did not work , he said under sanctions the made enough material for 12 nukes !

    He lays done the consequences , snap back sanctions , yes really ??
