Another Israeli strike in Syria? Arab media outlets reported Israeli Air Force activity in the Beqaa Valley in east Lebanon and in the Golan Heights on Saturday.

Meanwhile, the Military Revolutionary Council in Golan Quneitra, a rebel group, claimed that aircraft also bombed a missile convoy making its way to Lebanon from Syria. The reports could not be confirmed by any Western source.

According to the Quneitra rebels, the sound of aircraft could clearly be heard as they circled over the city. Earlier, the council said in its Facebook page that Israeli jets had bombed Syrian army posts. The IAF aircraft flew at low altitude over Baalbek, according to the Lebanese El-Nashra website.

The past several months have seen separate reports about alleged IDF attacks in Syria, the most recent of which referred to a base in the port city of Latakia where Yakhont missiles were apparently stored.

Two months earlier, in early May, it was claimed that Israel carried out strikes in a Damascus suburb and in the Lebanese border targeting missile caches and Hezbollah -bound weapons shipments.

We knew this yesterday, but because Rotter (in Hebrew ) was the single site who reported, I didn’t mention it. We’ll be more ready to take certain ”news risks” next time. My apologize, really.

The obvious is that Al-Qaeda affiliated groups in Syria must be destroyed, even if that means Israel supports moderate Syrian rebels who might live in peace with Israel. Without support the moderate rebels will be simply murdered by the Al-Qaeda affiliated groups. Strong action is necessary or Assad will just become a puppet leader for another radical Islamic State ready to attack Israel.

@ Justice: Assad already has enough on his plate, he’s not going to directly retaliate against Israel; any possible retaliation from Syria will come from terrorist attacks, giving Assad plausable deniability; nobody will buy that, of course, but he’ll deny any knowledge all the same. As far as the Russians go, they have no need or desire to attack Israel, and won’t unless they’re attacked; that’s not part of their agenda. As long as Israel isn’t attacking Russian forces, Putin will be happy to just keep cashing Assad’s checks. I suspect that Putin has told Bibi that he doesn’t care if Israel bombs Russian missile shipments to Syria, just as long as the Syrians have already taken possesion, and Russia has already been paid.

Those ”signs”, interesting and highly speculative as they are, will never be sufficient for drawing operative conclusions; do you want to know things in their depth, for what they really are? Do you have an urgency to know what the near future has in store for us? Then, go not far than the Wikipedia and do the follow research :
        1. The history of the conflicts in Syria – Hama 1982, included and
2.The Muslim Brotherhood in America – the present day, included.

If one will do this ”homework”, many instructive things he might discover. For example, the War in Syria today is a prolonged extension of what happened in ’82 and was a ”success” this time because the ”Arab Spring” and the weakness of Assad – he is the antiteza of his father. One can also discover the deepness of this conflict and, because of all the players in the region, what it might become; and the fact that the Syrian war is here to stay.
If, from another side of the world, one will try to do a research regarding the Muslim Brotherhood roots, extensions and expansion in the USA, we might start to understand why Obama is trying so hard to be ”ok” with them. Obama doesn’t have to ”be a muslim” – as many thought and this is false – to ”hand with care” the MB of USA. People, get real. They voted for him. They saw in him a friendly person, and outsider, an underdog who can understand them. He gave speeches in that direction, too. He was right when he calculated that the USA jews are already in his pocket; so, now is the time to make new and more useful friends.

…So, you see, the new ”forbidden fruit ” – the common internet universal conscience and knowledge – is really awesome in the hands of powerful seekers, as it can be a deadly weapon of destruction, too.
