Vodpod videos no longer available.
Joining Piers Morgan face to face, the former Prime Minster shares his philosophy on Iran, in terms of the country’s nuclear potential:
“It’s about a real challenge to the whole world, not just Israel. I think a nuclear Iran will change the whole landscape of the Middle East. We have to do something to block it from happening.”
In the United States for a meeting in Washington, D.C. with Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, Barak places an emphasis on the world community combining forces in an effort to foil Iran’s nuclear progress:
“There is a need to stop enriching uranium, to 20 percent, or even 3 to 5 percent,” says Israel’s Deputy Prime Minister. “To take all the enriched uranium out of the country.”
Watch the clip, and listen to the interview, then tune in this evening at 9 p.m. as Israel’s top military official explains why it’s important to focus on Iran now.
