   I do not believe that Eygpt will change. There is no indication of the underlying fundamentals changing.

   The only thing we can hope is that the army will keep the country out of the hands of the islamists. It’s unlikely that a true democracy will arise. What is most likely is that another Egyptian army official will become the new dictator- hopefully one that will decide to keep the peace with Israel.

   No other conditions will change. The economy will remain bad and the people will have gained nothing.
